This machine is comfortable and reliable. It's really quiet while using it. I sleep well. The humidifier really keeps my air flow moist. It's important not to get all dried out from your machine. The bottom line is this I am very happy with my machine and I sleep well.

I upgraded from the Apex XT and I could not be happier! This machine has way better features, including a mask test and my data is so much easier to get and I also like the basic app that it comes with! Definitely worth the extra money (which actually was not that much)

Coming from a phillips dreamstation which seemed to never get the air flow correct this has been fantastic. Set up generally the same i won't be looking to buy another over priced dreamstation that's for sure. Great product and easy to use at a great price. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea over 10 years ago. This has been my first and only machine. I've maintained and cleaned it according to the schedule, but I think it's lasted longer than I expected. A few months ago, it displayed the message that the “motor's lifespan was over”, and although there are more modern machines available, I'll continue using the same type, an AirSense 10. It's efficient, durable, and my apneas have remained at 0.1 or 0.2 since I started using it.

First machine I warranted because within two years it made a ton of noise and would keep me up at night. Second machine has been working well for the last 2 years however I run the humidifier dry most nights end up with a dry mouth almost every morning.

This is a great machine. Really the only thing I would change would be to have larger air filters on it. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with this machine.
