- If the mask is unopened, we'll provide a full refund (minus shipping costs and discounts) to your original payment method.
- If the mask is opened, we'll issue you 100% store credit (minus shipping costs and discounts) to your RespShop account. This credit can be used towards another mask purchase.
- No RespShop Account? No problem! If you don't have an account, we'll help you find another mask and apply your store credit to that purchase.
- Please note that you can only use the 30-Day Guarantee once every 6 months.
Unopened masks are eligible for a 100% refund to the original credit card or PayPal account. Opened masks are eligible for 100% store credit, which is good for 12 months.
