Shipping Rate (Domestic)

  • Shipping is free for orders $99 and above to all 50 states. Free shipping is by USPS Ground Advantage and applies to residential addresses, PO Boxes, military post offices (APO/FPO/DPO), and US territories.
  • Orders under $99 ship at a $6.99 flat rate fee to all 50 states, and US territories. Flat rate shipping is provided by USPS.
  • Expedited shipping is available via USPS Priority, UPS and FedEx for all orders. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

International customers can view their shipping options, rates and delivery times during checkout.

Very Important!

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related expenses. We recommend consulting your local customs office for information on taxes, duties, potential delays, or any import regulations before placing an order.

RespShop is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by customs. If your package is returned by customs to RespShop, we will contact you to schedule a second delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the second delivery, which may include the return shipping cost to RespShop.

If you decide to cancel your order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the full order minus the original shipping cost, any return shipping costs to RespShop, and a 15% restocking fee.

*Customs restrictions prevent us from shipping to certain countries. We reserve the right to update the list of restricted countries at any time.

Shipping Cost Estimation

One mask: around $12 - $40 USD • One CPAP machine: around $40 - $80 USD

We recommend international customers combine their orders to save on shipping costs. For example, while shipping a CPAP machine alone costs around $50-80, adding a mask to the same order typically only incurs a few additional dollars.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 3pm PST will be processed on the same day, except on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time (Domestic - US 50 States)

Delivery time for flat rate shipping is 3 to 8 business days. Delivery time for USPS Ground Advantage is 2 to 5 business days. Packages shipped to Hawaii, and Alaska can take longer to arrive.

We offer the following shipping speeds via UPS and FedEx: Ground (1 to 5 business days), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.

Shipping Time (International)

Shipping times to international addresses can vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.

UPS Worldwide Saver/FedEx Priority: 2-5 business days
UPS Worldwide Expedited/FedEx Economy: 3-8 business days
UPS Flat Rate International: Typically 8-21 business days. Your package will be shipped to your country via the US Postal Service and then handed over to your local postal service for customs clearance.
USPS Priority Mail Express International: 5-10 business days
USPS Priority Mail International: 5-15 business days

For better tracking and reliability, we highly recommend international customers choose a courier service (FedEx or UPS).

Please be aware that your package may encounter customs delays, which are outside of our control and can impact delivery timelines. While we offer expedited shipping options, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier confirms the package status is “Delivered”, we trust the customer has received the package and consider the order complete.

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse it and ask the carrier to return the package to RespShop. We will then either issue a full refund or ship you a replacement and cover all associated costs.

If the carrier confirms your package is lost before delivery, we will ship you a replacement and cover all related costs.

Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it. Please try the following steps:

Check that the shipping address on your order is correct.
Check your porch, garage, mailbox.
Check to see if a family member accepted the package on your behalf.
Check with your neighbor.

If you still can’t locate your package, contact RespShop within 15 days of your order shipping date and we will help you track down your package. Please make sure to have your order number on hand.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to RespShop for any reason, we will contact the customer to schedule another delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the second delivery, which may include the return shipping cost to RespShop.

If the customer decides to cancel the order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method minus the original shipping cost, any return shipping costs to RespShop, and a 15% restocking fee.
