We recommend contacting your airline at least 48 hours before your flight to inquire about their onboard oxygen use requirements. If onboard power is unavailable, be sure to bring enough batteries to cover at least 150% of your total flight time.

- SimplyGo: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild household cleaner.
- Carrying case: The carrying case can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent solution. Alternatively, machine wash it with mild laundry detergent on a gentle cycle.
- Mobile cart: The cart can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent solution.
- Batteries: Store batteries in a cool, dry and well ventilated area below 70°F (21°C) with 40 to 50% charge. If you have multiple batteries, rotate their use and avoid leaving them unused for over 90 days at a time.

Storage at temperatures above 113° F (45° C), such as in a hot car, may degrade battery performance and reduce battery life. Storage at low temperatures may affect initial battery performance.
I am from Peru, my father requires this machine (Philips Respironics SimplyGo Portable Oxygen Concentrator) which it was recommended by his doctor, due he has pulmonary fibrosis with 20% of the lung damaged. In Peru, this machine is not in sale therefore we want to buy online so that a friendship in USA brings it to our country. would you accept a prescription from Peru and in Spanish?
