The Rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery for the SimplyGo Portable Oxygen Concentrator is a lightweight and compact battery that can be swiftly changed by users while on the move. It can be charged via the AC or DC power supply that is included with the SimplyGo and it comes with a built-in battery life indicator, allowing you to monitor battery life and plan your outings accordingly.

Important Battery Charging Information

The battery should be charged via the AC power cord for a minimum of 4 uninterrupted hours before initial use.

The battery may take longer to charge or may not charge at all when running the SimplyGo on a high oxygen setting via DC power from a vehicle. This is because the amount of current available to operate and charge the SimplyGo is limited in a vehicle.

Q. For the Lithium battery, can it be put into checked luggage for flights or it has to be in the hand-carry luggage? What is FAA policy on this?

A. Hello, It would be best to follow up with the airline you plan to be travelling with as their rules often differ from airline to airline. The battery itself is FAA approved.

Q. My dad has this concentrator but battery is not lasting enough what can we do

A. Hi there, with the Simply Go batteries, on the highest setting of 2LPM continuous flow the battery life is about 54 minutes. This also starts to deplete after so many charges and the battery is near the end of it's life.
