We needed a portable oxygen concentrator asap, in stock and ready to pick up on our way to a out of town wedding. No one had any available until we called Respshop. Ashley was awesome and helped us order everything we needed for my sister to be able to enjoy her daughter's wedding the next day. Everything was ready for us to pick up in the morning to take to my sister. We drove 75 miles in the opposite direction to pick it up and another 200 miles south to the wedding. The portable oxygen concentrator made it so my sister could move around the wedding and enjoy the entire day and evening. She loves it because she no longer is tied to her home and can get out and enjoy life. Thank you Respshop for your time on the phone with us and having it all packed up and ready to go the next morning. We even charged it on the way down so it was ready to go when we got there. If we ever need oxygen care again we will be shopping with Respshop for sure.
