The F20/F30 QuietAir Elbow with Swivel is the replacement elbow and swivel for ResMed AirFit F20, AirFit F20 for Her, AirTouch F20, AirTouch F20 for Her Full Face Mask, and F30 (not F30i) mask. This elbow and swivel functions as a QuietAir diffuser to reduce the noise created by CPAP therapy and achieve a night of peaceful and quiet sleep. This elbow releases the same amount of breath similar to the standard elbow.

I purchased a AirTouch F20 cushion large mask and also purchased a swivel for it separately which was like the one it showed attached on Amazon, but when I received the swivel it is not staying on the mask. it pops back off. Is there something that is missing off the mask that I need to order separately as there is no grooves on this mask for the swivel to lock onto. Please help

Q. Bought for F20, had MAJOR leaking, switched back to old model quiet elbow and no leaks. Anyone know why that may be?
A. Hello Jenn,
I see the part was not purchased from RespShop. Maybe remove both the elbow and do a side by side comparison. Depending on where you purchased the part from, there is an older version of the elbow which doesn't have a cap on the ventilation ports. This will make the air release slightly louder, however it is normal as you do need your CO2 to ventilate out of the mask.

I originally bought, what was advertised as original ResMed product, an elbow off of Amazon. Well the joke was on me, it obviously was a clone and performed horribly. It leaked terribly and it make so much leaking air
noise sound I couldn't use it. I then went to the RespShop and ordered a QuietAir Elbow from them. Theirs is like night and day compared to the one from Amazon, I knew it was an original ResMed product just from it's packaging which was very good. Finally, my mask works as new and I am able to sleep in peace!!
