Q. I am seeking the F20 Replacement Headgear listed price is $31.00. Your illustration shows 2 masks? Is this correct or just my first impression?
A. It's for a single headgear, the picture shows the different kinds (the For Her and regular version)
Q. Where on the headgear should I see the size information? I do not see it anywhere.
A. There's no sizing guide for the headgear. For reference size Standard is Medium. Feel free to give us a chat on our website OR call us at 1-866-936-3754 for faster assistance.
Q. How do you know what size headgear to order?
A. Are you ordering this as a replacement headgear from your current F20 mask? Your size should be on the headgear part. But if you are ordering this mask for the first time along with its other parts like cushion, we recommend getting the standard. We do not have a size guide alone for the headgear so it is a trial and error with the headgear.
Q. This looks similar to my N20 mask headgear, can they be interchanged?
A. They do appear to be very similar, however they cannot be interchanged.

The for her head gear fits perfectly. No more air flapping out of mask. Every night I am getting a much better fit and I don’t have to adjust the straps like I did on the regular size headgear. I am so glad I ordered this through your company.

I use the N20 and am considering the F20. The other reviewer has obviously never used either device. To counter his review I'm going to give this 5 stars... Again I use the N20 with the magnets and LOVE IT! Set it once and forget it, you don't have to adjust every night!
As to magnets and health. There has been no proof either way on that BUT if it matters, I haven't noticed any negative affects with my N20.
But if you are still not into that sort of thing just avoid this mask as it does have magnets, but, don't negatively review something you have never used just because! That is ignorant...

The service was wonderful, let's start with that. It was easy to order and was delivered quickly.
However, the part that failed, and the replacement order are disappointing. The plastic piece hold the magnet to the face shield is weak, cheap, and breaks far too easily. The quality of this part does not reflect a medical grade product. You can do better than this.
