Not only is this machine light and quiet but you can use any mask with this machine so take your favorite mask with you when you travel! Need humidification, no problem, this machine offers tank-less humidification through their Heat Moisture Exchanger or HME, which recycles heat and moisture from your exhaled air so no need to bring distilled water with you when you travel.

Breas Z2 Auto Travel CPAP REVIEW
Travel-Friendly Machine
Weighing slightly less than 1 lb and approximately the size of a smartphone, the Z2 Auto Travel CPAP is both compact and lightweight. It takes up minimal space in a backpack or suitcase and is ideal for the tight quarters of a tent or car.
Z-Breathe Exhalation Relief
The Z2 Auto Travel machine comes with comfort features you will find in any top-notch CPAP machine. The Z-Breathe Exhalation relief function reduces air pressure during exhalation making it much easier to breathe against the incoming air. The Z2 offers 3 levels of Z-Breathe for your comfort and you will be able to select which level is best for you.
Automatic Altitude Adjustment
Ideal for users traveling through the mountains, the Z2 APAP machine automatically detects altitude changes and adjusts the therapy pressure accordingly. The machine is capable of operating at sea level all the way up to 8,000 feet.
Leak Compensation
The Z2 CPAP is capable of detecting minor leaks from your CPAP Mask. When you experience a mask leak, the device will kick in to ensure that your prescribed pressure needs are met. Should an excessive leak occur, the screen will warn you that your mask is leaking with the word "REMINDER" shown in bold. To remove "REMINDER" from your screen, simply adjust the mask back into the proper position.
Nitelog Mobile App (iOS/Android)
Breas' Nitelog mobile app lets users view their AHI, sleep hours and generate a compliance report. To use the free Breas Nitelog app with your Z2, you'll need to download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and enable Bluetooth on the machine. Please note that the Nitelog app may not be compatible with all Android devices due to developer limitation (Breas is currently working on an update for their Nitelog app).
To turn Bluetooth on, simply unplug the power adapter from the machine, and then plug it back in while holding the up arrow button on the device. Once Bluetooth has been activated, the display menu will indicate "bt-On". To turn Bluetooth off, you can either put your device in airplane mode or do the opposite of what you did to turn it on in the first place: unplug the power adapter, then plug it back in while holding the down arrow button. The screen will display "bt-Off" after Bluetooth has been disabled.
