Many of my clients ask me about the ResMed AirMini AutoSet Travel CPAP when they’re looking for a travel CPAP. The AirMini is incredibly popular and for good reason. The ResMed AirMini Travel CPAP is compact, travel-friendly, quiet, and has multiple power options. It weighs only 0.66 lbs and is so small you can even slip it into your purse.
Despite its compact size, the AirMini doesn’t compromise on quality and comes with three therapy modes as well as convenient data tracking via the ResMed AirMini app. Comfort settings such as EPR (expiratory pressure relief) and AutoRamp are also available to make it easier to fall asleep.
ResMed has really created a CPAP machine that makes traveling less stressful. The AirMini’s waterless humidification system (HumidX) saves on space and weight, allowing users to breathe warm, moist air without the need for a bulky humidifier. The HumidX cartridges, compatible with select CPAP mask styles from ResMed, eliminate the need to carry or purchase distilled water while traveling.
The AirMini is also FAA-approved for in-flight use so you can sleep better on those long flights. Just remember to disconnect Bluetooth before takeoff. In terms of noise, the AirMini is not as quiet as a full-sized CPAP because there is less room for soundproofing. However, at a noise level of around 30 dBA, the AirMini is quieter than the sound of you snoring.
The AirMini requires an AC power source to operate but battery and DC power options are available. The AirMini DC Converter allows you to plug the CPAP into a car cigarette lighter so you can power the machine with your car, boat or RV. If you're looking to go off the grid, there are many aftermarket lithium batteries/power packs available to choose from. Some of these batteries can even be charged via solar panels so you don't have to worry about recharging your battery.
Traveling can involve some sleepless nights, but the AirMini's AutoRamp and Automatic Start/Stop features make it easier to drift off to sleep. AutoRamp starts therapy off at a lower pressure and gradually increases pressure after you fall asleep. Meanwhile, the Automatic Start/Stop feature begins therapy as soon as you breathe through the mask and stops therapy after you remove the mask. It's hard enough trying to fall asleep in a different bed, but having to continue starting/stopping your CPAP while trying to adjust your mask or tubing can be plain frustrating.
The ResMed AirMini AutoSet Travel CPAP is an excellent solution for a restful night's sleep while traveling. Its lightweight design, innovative features, and quiet operation make it an ideal companion for those constantly on the go. Give it a try and see how it can enhance your travel experience and improve your overall sleep quality.

Whilst I am sure I will be happy with this product I bought it for immediate travel and could not use it because I was not informed of all the accessories requirements to make it operational , like buying a car but with no wheeels
I absolutely love this machine. It is small enough to hold in your hand but gives all the support needed for a great nights rest. I like the app controls and as always the tracking functionality from the app. I was extremely dissapointed that my preferred mask style and model will not work with this unit. When you are used to something, it is difficult to adjust to a different style and design mask. The machine itself is silent when in use. However, the headgear/masks that work with this unit are much louder on inspiration than my home mask and machine. My rating is midline for this product because of its non-versatility and noise level of the masks. Otherwise, the machine is great.

Love this machine! Very portable and great for traveling. Recently went to Hawaii with my grandkids and brought my AirMini. The whole family appreciated it. It's really easy to adjust the settings and control it via the app-based interface on my phone! It's great that it includes waterless humidification too.
I just purchased one for my recent trip to China. I used it 10 nights during my trip. It was great. Easy to carry around, no need for water, worked great. I recommend to anyone that needs to travel like I do.

Got the AirMini after having to check a bag in order to travel with the DreamStation I started using just after Covid shutdown. It comfortably fits in my backpack with my laptop, iPad, snacks, etc. Had no trouble setting it up initially, including the app. I liked the app tour that demonstrated adjusting the pressure. It is a little louder, but the trade off for travel is well worth it. I didn't try the F20 HumidX because it was plenty humid. That might make a difference in the winter. I was a bit annoyed about incompatible tubing but decided to try a different mask rather than an adaptor because I wasn't overly happy with my current one. I expect to do try experiments and settle on one mask I can use with both machines.

Love it!
Reviews said it was loud?
NOT TRUE AT ALL!
If you are not used to the sound of your breathing in the tube; that is all the sound that I get.
It also just takes a little adaptor to use with my SoClean
I hope that Philips makes good on replacing my dream machine but I am very happy with this. And will have this for traveling or just keep using it at home. Would appreciate an app that would keep track of use time. I need this to keep up CDL certification!

I purchased this device for travel situations. I gave it a "test drive" at home the evening of the day I got it. Overall, I am satisfied. It is louder than my AirSense 10 but my numbers for the night were normal and I felt fine upon arising. I'm traveling internationally this fall and plan to use the AirMini on the 15-hour flight.
The CPAP AirMini Auto Travel machine is AMAZING. Although I am planning to use it when traveling, I am using it every night. Couldn't be happier with this product.
I really like the size and the weight of the unit.. I was very concerned about the humidifier function and am pleased with how it works so far. I was not pleased that you do not have trial/rental units. This is a very expensive product that I was reluctant to order and not be able to return it if I did not like the way it operated.only because it was on sale and I'm getting ready to do some extensive traveling did I take the risk.
This is my fist night with my new Air Mini. The equipment is great but the mask I bought, the Air Fit P10 y too much noisy. I canโt get through it.
Any help?
Yes, we do recommend purchasing the mount system where the machine safe from falling. Here is the link to the mount : https://www.respshop.com/cpap-supplies/comfort-cleaning/resmed-airmini-auto-travel-cpap-machine-mount-system-p-1166.html
Or you can place the device inside your night stand drawer and leave the drawer open for the machine to be able to get adequate airflow. If you do not have a drawer, we recommend to place it on top of a small box on the ground.
Also, if your CPAP device breaks down, you'll need the prescription to get an emergency replacement or supplies you may have forgotten to pack. So it is a good practice to keep your doctor's prescription handy because you can never know when an emergency could arise.
