Disposable Standard CPAP Filters for AirSense 11 by ResMed

The AirSense 11 Disposable Standard Filter is designed to improve air quality and protect your AirSense 11 CPAP or APAP machine from large airborne particles. The filter is not washable and should be replaced every 2-6 months depending on dust accumulation and household air quality.

CPAP users with allergies may want to consider the polyester-free AirSense 11 Disposable Hypoallergenic Filter which effectively filters out both fine and large airborne particles.

Subject: Resmed airsense 11 filters
I purchased a pack of these when I ordered my machine. Comes in a 2 pack and 1 came with my machine and each one lasts about 6 months. So I won't have to worry about ordering anymore for a long time.

Question
There is a smooth side and rough side of the filter. (Rough side has a coarser fiber.) Does it matter which side is "out" and which side is "in"?
Answer
Not at all! The filter will catch all the fine and larger airborne particles.
Question
Why there are two answers for replacing the filters. One states every 2 weeks, another state every 6 months? What is the correct answer?
Answer
You should replace your CPAP machine filter when it gets dirty, discolored, or every 6 month. Thanks
Question
Any country locked issue? Please tell me
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot ship any Resmed products out of the US as per the manufacturer.
Question
Can u cut the resmed 10 filter to fit the resmed 11 cpap?
Answer
Sorry no, we do not recommend that. Each machine has their own filter so we only recommend buying the exact products for each machine for optimum performance.
Question
Resmed Airsense 11 has B/V filter setting. Where does this filter go? Is it separate from the white filter that's inserted in the back of the machine?
Answer
Hi there, the B/V filter setting is only to be used if you're using inline Bacterial/Viral filters. Most people do not use this. The setting is to combat with the resistance when using one of these filters: https://www.respshop.com/cpap-supplies/filters/sunset-healthcare-cpap-bacteria-filter-p-804.html

Please note if using these filters, they must be changed weekly as they are not washable.
