The AirCurve 11 VAuto automatically adjusts both inhalation (IPAP) and exhalation (EPAP) pressures when set on VAuto mode.
The machine’s unique AutoSet algorithm responds to snoring, apneas and flow limitations, ensuring you receive the pressure you need for optimal treatment. ResMed's VAuto bilevel device adjusts pressure within the range of Min EPAP and Max IPAP, which represent the lower and upper limits of pressure delivery.
For users who don't require automatic pressure adjustments, the AirCurve 11 VAuto also offers a S mode that allows you to set fixed IPAP and EPAP pressures.

Improved Comfort
Available in VAuto and S modes, ResMed’s EasyBreathe waveform mimics your natural breathing patterns to make therapy more comfortable.
And if you’re using the Air11 BiPAP on CPAP mode, you can enable Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR) to reduce pressure when you breathe out. EPR can be set to off, 1, 2, or 3, with each level corresponding to the amount of pressure decrease in cm H2O.
To make it easier to fall asleep, the ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto features Ramp so you can start therapy at a lower, more comfortable pressure. Ramp can be adjusted in 5-minute increments ranging from 5 to 45 minutes.
Alternatively, you can enable AutoRamp to let the Air11 BiPAP automatically increase pressure to your prescribed settings after you’ve fallen asleep.
Inspiratory Time Control
Adjustable inspiratory time (Ti) with minimum and maximum limits allows your doctor to personalize your comfort. Providers can extend or shorten the machine’s inspiratory time to better match your natural breathing patterns.

Optimal Humidification & ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing
The AirCurve 11 VAuto features a built-in heated humidifier that adds moisture to the air, reducing dryness and congestion in your mouth and nose.
When used with the optional ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tubing, the humidifier can be set to Climate Control Auto mode to minimize the need for humidity and temperature changes.
Climate Control Auto optimizes humidification by keeping the air at a comfortable 85% relative humidity. It also sets the tube temperature to 80°F (27°C), which can be easily adjusted within the range of 60 to 86°F (16 to 30°C). By keeping the tube temperature constant, the machine prevents excess condensation/rainout from forming inside the hose and mask.

What filters are compatible with the AirCurve 11 VAuto?
The AirCurve 11 VAuto uses Air11 Disposable Filters and Air11 Hypoallergenic Filters. Only one type of filter can be used in the BiPAP machine at a time.
What tubing can I use with the AirCurve 11 VAuto?
The AirCurve 11 VAuto is compatible with the ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tubing as well as any non-heated tubing.
Can I use the AirCurve 11 VAuto without the humidifier?
While the AirCurve 11 VAuto BiPAP features an integrated humidifier that can’t be removed from the rest of the device, the humidifier can be disabled by setting the humidity level to “Off”.
You can also replace the water chamber with the Air11 Side Cover, which not only automatically disables the humidifier but also reduces the size of the machine.
Can I use the AirCurve 11 VAuto while traveling?
Yes, the machine comes with a carrying case with separate compartments for your device, tubing, mask and power supply. Make sure to empty the humidifier tub before packing to prevent water damage.
Can I use oxygen with the AirCurve 11 VAuto?

Do I have to use the ResMed myAir app with the AirCurve 11 VAuto?
The myAir app complements your sleep therapy by providing resources to help you stay on track with treatment. It also allows you to track your progress. However, the AirCurve 11 VAuto is fully functional by itself and the app is not required to use the device.
Does the AirCurve 11 VAuto send data to my doctor?
Yes, the AirCurve 11 VAuto sends data to your doctor using its integrated cellular modem. Your doctor can also make changes to your machine settings remotely. The AirCurve 11 VAuto does not send data via Wi-Fi.
