The nasal pillow cushion for the ResMed AirFit P10 and AirFit P10 For Her Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask should be replaced every three to six months for optimal mask seal. We recommend replacing the nasal pillows if you experience mask leaks, notice increased noise or find yourself tightening the headgear excessively to achieve a secure seal.

Q. How many nose pillows are in a pack?
A. One. You can select your size in the drop down menu
Q. I used full face mask but air still leaks in and drys my mouth out so bad it wakes me up. I wear an extra small mask. What would you suggest?
A. If you would like to use a nasal mask and not worry about air escaping out of your mouth then I would suggest a chinstrap. The chinstrap would eliminate the air escaping from the mouth and the nasal mask has a smaller surface area making it less likely for air to escape around that as well.
Q. Is this P10 mask compatible with my N30 frames? Sometimes I feel like the nasal cushion leaks more than a pillow mask when I'm sleeping on my side. I love the N30 frame set ups for both my home AirSense 11 and my travel AirMini. I'd rather not have to invest in all new masks and frames just to try the pillow mask version
A. Mask parts are respective to themselves only and not interchangeable with other masks. Then N30 and P10 frame and headgear are very similar.
Q. I want a mask that sits at my nose like this but I how do I know what size?
A. It is always best to choose a mask that comes with a fit pack option. Then you will have all sized cushions to try and find the best fit. The Resmed Airfit P10 nasal pillow mask, the Philips Nasal Pillow mask and the Fisher and Paykel Brevida nasal pillow mask all come in fitpacks.

A. This is a replacement cushion for the Resmed P10 nasal pillow mask. You can order the mask complete - all parts - as well. Item #62900.
Q. Are you saying there is one pillow nose piece in a pack for $19, In other words each pillow costs $19?
A. Hi there, yes that is correct. The cost is $19 for 1 single nose pillow replacement.

I have used this nasal pillow for several years, it has been excellent with regards to the feel, the very snug fit, durability.
Not one issue in all the years, it is excellent. I use it every night for 9 + hours a night.
There is nothing that needs to be changed. It is the key to the mask performance!

This is by the far the best mask I've used. After years of CPAP therapy using the Resmed nasal mask, I decided to give nasal pillows another try, only because I was getting skin breakouts from the nasal mask. I slept better with the resmed airfit P10 pillows than I had in a long time!! I could change position without waking up and it needed little adjustment. My AHI went down markedly, My machine did adjust for the more limited flow than a nasal mask by increasing my pressure slightly, which I expected. These nasal pillows have been a game changer for me, I recommended them to my son and he also loves the pillows, and his mustache did not affect the seal. Getting the kit of 3 is good because you're guaranteed to have a fit. I then found out my sister was also using these pillows and loves them.. I highly recommend them and am absolutely thrilled!

I have tried five different ResMed masks, from face to various nasal pillows and the P10 nasal mask is by far the most comfortable and best suited mask I could have found. The only drawback that I have experienced is from my own movement the nasal pillow has a way of pushing itself further into the nostril, causing a little discomfort when removing the mask in the morning. Despite this rare issue, I would recommend the mask to other CPAP users.
