Fisher & Paykel Pilairo Q Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask
The Q is for Quiet
Designed with user comfort and compatibility in mind, the Fisher and Paykel Pilario Q Nasal Pillow Mask is the lightest and one of the easiest to assemble masks available for CPAP owners. With only 3 major parts, maintenance is quick and painless.
The F&P Pilario Q Nasal Pillow Mask design helps users avoid constant adjustments and uncomfortable straps that would obstruct a good night's sleep. With an added head gear option, you can choose what fits best. Both headgear options are provided for you allowing you to choose the best fit that represents the most comfortable feel.
Thanks to the seal design the user can move frequently in the night. The comfort seal moves with the CPAP user allowing them to move and flex without an air leak. The Swivel on the tubing also moves 360 degrees to allow for optimal comfort during sleep therapy. Finally, the lighter, adjustable headgear makes sure the mask does not pull on the face and stays in place all night long.
The AirPillow comes in one size. The pillow size fits all CPAP users. To wear the nasal pillow CPAP mask simply spread the wings of the nasal mask cushion and place gently under your nose. Once your CPAP machine is turned on the mask seal will self inflate and the pillow will fit snugly around your nose.
The Pilairo Q mask comes with two types of minimalist headgears: The adjustable headgear and the stretchwise headgear. Both headgears connect to the same mask frame. The adjustable headgear is composed of two straps. One fits behind the head, while the other sits atop the head.
Because of the option of headgears available the CPAP user is sure to find that the mask fits a wide range of head sizes and facial structures. Not to mention with no sizing it takes the guesswork out of what will fit you and what will leave you frustrated and going back to the drawing board.
Quiet, Powerful Performance
The Pilairo Q represents an innovation in quiet technology. While light and comfortable on the user, the F&P Pilairo Q is known for its big time performance and quiet air flow. It is a highly effective nasal pillows mask due to its diffusers. These diffusers connect to the air vent and quiet the air as it flows. This makes sure you and your partner do not wake up due to a noisy delivery tube.
The mask can be worn both with and without the diffusers, depending on the user's comfortably. However, it is recommended that they be replaced every 2-3 months in order to remove any germs or bacteria that can be stored there. Five replacement diffusers will come automatically with the mask purchase while extras can be purchased on our website.

Do I need to know what size of mask to purchase?
No, the Pilairo Q Nasal Pillow Mask is one size that is designed to fit most comfortably and easily. It helps the purchaser feel at ease when buying a product they have yet to test. There are two different head gear options available that allow you to pick the most comfortable design.
Are there a lot of parts that require cleaning and regular maintenance?
The Pilairo Q Nasal Pillow Mask comes with only 3 parts that require any cleaning, and they are simple and easy to clean.
Is the mask loud?
Designed specifically to ensure that air flow is directed away from the user, the mask is quiet and will provide no disturbances for you and your partner. The Q stands for quiet!
I sleep with my mouth open. Is this a good CPAP mask for me?
The simple answer is both yes and no. You can sleep using this nasal mask even if you breath through your mouth at night. However, to do so you will need a chin strap. That said, most people prefer to sleep without a chin strap. If you would prefer to also sleep without one then we would recommend trying one of our full face masks instead.

This was comfortable for the first 9 nights of use. Then the extremely thin nasal covering ripped and became worthless. The $25 replacement cost is outrageous! Now I have to decide if I want to keep replacing it or pay for a more expensive mask and hope it lasts longer than nine days. NOT HAPPY
I'm very sorry to hear that the mask broke on you. We do have a 90 day warranty for these masks so please, don't hesitate to contact us via email or on the phone ([email protected] - 1-866-936-3754) and we can get this sorted out for you!
The Pilairo Q Nasal Pillow CPAP mask is extremely comfortable because facial contact is minimal.
Good soft nasal pillow with air blowing in causing it to inflate, providing a good sealing. Like it compared to my previous hard nasal pillow.
It is very comfortable, fits very well, I would recommend it.
It is very comfortable, fits well. I would recommend it.
I really don't understand how anybody can tell that this mask is comfortable. Nose tip and nostrils begin to hurt after 20 minutes of using this mask. I am forcing myself to sleep with the mask, but I awake every hour because of the pain. I gave it 5 night try, and not going to use it anymore. Totally waste of money for me.
Ilya, I am so sorry that mask did not work for you! Please return that mask to us so we can get you one that fits better.
Very comfortable mask. Highly recommended to night sleep.
Delivered to Australia in days so that has to be good service.
The inflatable pillow typically only lasts several months but try it with a dab of silicone as this will extend the life to at least 12 months.
Otherwise, it's a great nasal mask.
I started with a full nose mask by Fisher and Paykel. Loved the mask as it had the filters and was very quiet. Hated the head gear that came with it. It was clumbersome and not easy to put on or take off.
I then found the Pilairo Q nasel pillow. It was fitted with the filter and I knew it would be quiet like my old mask. It came with the 2 types of head gear which I also liked to put on and take off easily.
Once I got it I knew I did the right thing. Haven't looked back since. It's very comfotable easy to clean and put on and take off. Its not intrusive and doesnt leak. Best purchase ever.
A good experience with this new Nasal Pillow Mask. Feel light and easy to move during sleeping and breath smoothly espacially for a travel in a hotel.
A great mask.
Have used for 5 months continuously and no sign of cracking or collapse.
Have needed to use the double strap to achieve comfortable rollover sleep.
Just wash with fingers ,hand wash and warm water (the nasal pillow only,) and blot on towel
A fantastic mask.
I have been using one of your full face mask and decided to try this Pilario Q CPAP nasal pillow mask and I can't complain. It made my sleep so much better. Very easy to care for just wash it with warm water and soap then your good to go. Very quiet air flow and even I tend to moved a lot at night never had a leakage thanks to the swivel on the tube. Very satisfied!!!!!
I also have the Pilairo Nasal Pillow this Pilairo Q Mask is much quiter with the little filter over the air holes really quietens the mask even further. The Strap provided is better than the small thin one (which you get as well) this one lasts longer but i still purchased two spare one's, can afford to at Respshop prices compared to Australia.
I bought my cpap nasal pillow about a year ago and it has been sitting in my night table for about 9 months now . the mask itself is great but the strap it was a total wast of money as the clip broke almost immediately and my husband had to drill a hole in it and fashion something so i could wear it ,then very shortly after the strap was so stretched it was useless not happy and as much as I loved it I would not likely get another one, nor would I bother getting the replacement. strap is the pits
Having used a Swift FX nasal mask for several years as the "best fit for me" solution at the time, I decided to have a try of the new Pilairo Q and WHAT a difference it has made to my sleep!! The fit is almost leak proof and I don NOT wake up when rolling over with this mask! With the other, I was constantly waking to refit the mask and stop the leakages with every turn, NOT ANY MORE!! Aside from the slight pressure on the tip of my nose, which I am becoming more used to each night, the feel of the snugness when the surrounding nasal pillow inflates and firmly but gently seals the air passage and at the same time, causes the nasal tips to position themselves in my nostrils, but they are so soft, I hardly notice any, but slight intrusion into the nasal passages. A BRILLIANT design! One mask that is almost perfect and that is from someone who has a script for 18psi! I have never dreamt so vividly and now feel twice as energetic during the day! Well done Fisher & Paykel! And for you who maybe thinking of changing over, don't hesitate! Sleep well everyone! Regards, Ray
