Q. Is the number 5 nasal n20 the same as a medium?
A. Hi there, that is actually probably an S that you are looking at and not a 5. So it is likely the size small cushion you have. Please review the sizing gauge on the product page to determine correct size. However the size is directly on the cushion so that should be a small.
Q. I have an AirFit N20. It fits perfectly on my mini but not on my full size cpap. The elbow snaps in but leaks air so badly it shuts down the machine. What size elbow do I need for my at home cpap? I need help it is very frustrating. Thanks
A. It sounds like you have the N20 mask and set up kit for the Airmini. You need the original frame and elbow of the N20 to use with any other cpap. https://www.respshop.com/cpap-masks/nasal/resmed-airtouch-n20-nasal-cpap-mask-p-1490.html
Q. I normally wear the Air Touch 20N without the padding and wear a medium. Should I also buy a medium in this style?
A. The cushion sizing is the same for both the Airfit and the Airtouch N20 mask.
Q. Hi, I have the AirFit N20 but is a little uncomfortable for me, my nose y long
and the mask is pressing the middle of my nose and I wake up a big red mark in the middle of my nose.
I tried to adjust it in all different ways but so far, unsuccessfully.
Do you have a anything that I can use to make it more comfortable?
I bought the machine with everything 2 weeks ago.
I will appreciate the help.
Thanks
A. You may want to try the Airtouch N20 foam cushion for your mask, as it will conform to your nose better, which may be a bit more comfortable. This cushion is not washable, so it should be replaced monthly.

Subject: ResMed AirTouch Cushions For N20 Nasal CPAP Masks
I have lost a lot of weight over the last 6 months and my face got thinner.
I discovered that I was having more leaks with the medium sized cushions and drying my eyes over night.
By switching to the small AirTouch cushions I sleep better , have less leaks and my dry eyes seem better.

While I am less of a fan of the headgear you need to use with this (the part that is supposed to go over the top of your head flaps behind my head - tried different sizes and male and female version so I have had to jury rig it) the actual mask is pretty good. My skin doesn't get red using this and I can adjust the mask not to get any face dents with leaks at about about 5L . Be careful though if you end up with a lot of condensation in your mask as memory foam and water do not mix (memory foam loses its cushioning and condensation dripping will speed up the breakdown of the memory foam). You may need to put the humidity down a bit on your cpap to deal with that. Or replace the mask more often.

Subject: AirTouch Cushion for ResMed CPAP N20
I had been suffering from dry and irritated skin due to my CPAP. It had gotten to the point where I was considering discontinuing CPAP use and losing its benefits. I tried the AirTouch cushion as a last ditch effort. The memory foam material is much better that the standard cushion and has resolved almost all of my skin irritation problem. I have added the use of a CPAP aloe cream and that also seems to help.

The Respshop is the only place I will order my CPAP items. Their customer service is amazing and within a day of placing my order, I had it 2 days later. Great company…you won’t be disappointed!

I had been using a ResMed F20 full face mask for six months. It was comfortable enough, but leakage and events were high. I was averaging 10 - 20 events per hour, and not sleeping well. I decided to try a nasal mask, the Resmed N20. After settling on Med size, I saw immediate improvement. Leakage was nil, and events went to near zero, averaging 1.5/hour, and sleeping like a baby.

Respshop has been great. The web site is easy to navigate and choose the parts I need. Shipment has been prompt, sometimes within a few hours. All product I have ordered has been received sealed in ResMed packaging, not repackaged, unlike some other companies I will not name.

The first time I ordered from RespShop, I ordered the wrong items. They would not take a return, because I had opened the packages before I noticed it was the wrong thing, but did give me full store credit.

Subject: Feels much better than silicone version.
Feels great and better sleeping. The only problem is that can't be submerged in water.
Don't forget.
