Very good lightweight CPAP mask that is also comfortable. The cushion has gel in it which makes it fit better and also reduces pressure. You can also choose between a gel or fabric frame. I use gel and it's comfortable and breathable. Great mask overall.

Very comfortable, even for a new CPAP user. Easy to adjust, and doesn't interfere with my sleep.

When I was looking for a mask, I saw there was a lot of craze for gel masks, in particular that one nasal mask from Philip. However, I’ve always been a pillow user so I wanted to find a pillow mask with gel. That’s how I found the Nuance Pro. Not only did it have gel, but it was also on sale for a really good price! This made it an instant buy and I am very glad I did.

I was glad to see it came with all three pillow sizes to try and there doesn’t seem to be differing frame sizes, so no need to fret about measuring. I can see why people like the gel so much, it made this pillow incredibly comfortable as well. They seal up really well but feel cool to the touch. They’re nice and pliable (but also firm) so they’re both comfortable and secure. Haven’t had any irritation. Also, the pillows are pretty cheap compared to ones I’ve had to buy for past masks, so I’m not worried about having to replace them.

Overall the mask is comfortable. In line with the gel theme, I got the gel frame as well. For similar reasons to what was mentioned above, the gel cheek pads are great. They keep my face feeling cool and distribute the pressure of the straps well. I don’t wake up with red lines from the straps or any kind of pain at all. The headgear also secures well and feels light and breathable.

I'm finally free from sore spots under my nose! Very comfortable mask, and I'm very much enjoying using it so far. I've had mixed results with pillow masks so I was pleasantly surprised by this one. No leaks so far (I've been using it for 2 months) and my face feels free and not like it's not getting strapped like my old mask (res p10). Headgear is also light and comfortable. I sleep on my side if that makes a difference. Adjustable straps make the mask easily fit my face. It feels unobtrusive and makes it easy to scroll through my phone before I sleep. Definitely much less invasive compared to before. I'm very satisfied.

The only complaint I have is that this one is louder than my old mask. But this is a minor thing because this mask does everything else right. I'll continue using this mask for sure.

I’m someone who feels discomfort fairly easily so I wasn’t entirely happy with my previous masks. In one way or another, the straps would irritate me or the pillow/cushions would hurt my nose. Some experts I talked to recommended that I try gel pillows. After looking around, I came along this mask that has both gel pillows and gel padded straps! Decided I’d give it a shot and I have never bene happier, this was an excellent choice.

Comfort really is the name of the game here and it excels in all areas. The straps are almost unnoticeable, they’re just that light. Nice and soft material and the adjustment Velcro feels sturdy. As I mentioned though, I chose the gel frame which comes with these large pads of gel on the cheek straps. They’re fantastic, they feel cool against my face and really spread the pressure out. I have zero problems with red cheek lines now, which is something I could not say with my old masks. After experiencing this, I don’t think I can ever move away from gel-padded frames.

The gel on the pillow is great too. I always had issues with pillows pressuring around my nose, like someone was pinching it. All those issues went away with the gel pillow however and I’m happy to see replacements are quite economical too. No problems with seal, it seals up great and doesn’t slip at all at night.

For my review of the Nuance, there certainly is no nuance. The mask is flat out amazing and I’ll happily shout it from the rooftop. If anyone is looking for the most comfortable nasal pillow mask on the market, I’d gladly vouch for the Nuance as a contender.

Just started using a CPAP machine this month. First mask I tried was so uncomfortable. This mask I was able to sleep over 8 hours the first night. Very comfortable and would highly recommend. May not be a good choice if you sleep with your mouth open. But for me it's VERY comfortable.

My dad have had sleep apnea for several years and he is always complaining about his full face mask that he is using, one of your customer service person told us about your Respironics Nuance Gel nasal mask, we then purchased couple of those and he has been extremely happy with it. It came with three different sizes of cushions in the package and he was able to try all 3 until he found the right size for his comfort. He is so pleased with your product that he is recommending it to his friends that also have sleeping disorder.

Very comfortable mask. I like the nasal pillows because I get all of the sizes I need in one. Bronson in customer service helped me pick out a mask when I am a first time user who did not know what size I needed. I got this over the other ones because it doesnt sit in my face, is very comfortable, allows me to watch tv while wearing it. Cushion sizes are good I used all of them to find the right size, now I know which one I need that fits best, doesnt leak, and I can replace cushions for cheap.

Overall very satisfied with this mask, and with Bronson who pointed me in the best direction. I will review the machine I got also.

Tried the nasal pillow mask after using nasals for so long. I like my comfortgel blue better so far. I guess the difference is really the size and weight of the mask, and that I can see more using this so I can read, the prongs take some getting used to and I can say not completely used to it yet, but its definitely quiet and light, good with both masks so far, probably keep wearing this one for awhile see if I can get used to the prongs.

My husband suffers from sleep apnea and he has always complained about how uncomfortable the masks were. We were told about the nasal pillow masks and that's when we purchased the Respironics Nuance Gel CPAP Nasal Pillow Mask with Pro Gel Frame, and let me tell you my husband was extremely pleased with this item. For him it's the best mask he has had in the past 10 years, overall he would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

First let me say that this mask works well for me. I have used it for years now. The only real complaint I have is that the headgear in the back slips and slides up to the top of my head while sleeping and also the velcro seems to wear out pretty quick. Is there something I can do to stop the sliding?

I like it however I am still adapting to the change of mask

I really like this mask because it very comfortable and does not have the leaking problems other masks do. However, the only drawback is that the gel inserts do not stay in place for very long, and after a couple of weeks they tend to fall out and there is no way to set them back in place. there is a newer model that has no inserts, but the head gear straps are shorter, and fit very tight as they can not be adjusted properly. It would be great if those issues were resolved

This is my first time purchasing from your company and your customer service was very helpful helping me decide which one to get. This nuance pro nasal pillow mask is very soft and it comes with 3 different sizes of cushions in the package so you can try all and see which one fits you perfectly. Very light weight, and comes with gel pads that would make it very soft on your cheek area. Very comfortable and makes it easy and convenient for me to read while wearing.

Resmed S9 and F & P Pilairo Q gave me AHI of 5.5

Subject: Slight leaks when moving
This is the second time I bought this mask and I don't know why but it feels very different from the first one I used in the past. I move around a lot and there are leaks from where the piece where the nose pillow and the headgear meet. I also can't get this part to connect comfortably without leaking. It's either too loose and leaks, or its too tight and uncomfortable to sleep with. My nose hurt very badly in the morning after I set it up too tight once. I will be returning this because I think the sizing was off for me. My old mask didn't have these problems so I don't know if the mask changed or if I changed.
This is a pretty expensive mask so I am disappointed that I have to return it. I will update If my new mask is better.

The nasal pillows are not as comfortable as my previous set

I will not recommend this mask if you are at pressure level 10cmh2o or higher.
I have this mask for a week now and I was previously using the Wisp Nasal Mask with Headgear.
Changing mask type was because of the pressure on my face with the Nasal Mask, but this pillow mask makes tremendous pressure to my nose and I often woke up in the night and remove the mask to relief my nose.
The mask has noise to yourself only when you intake the air which is very annoying to me.
The mask cannot hold its position or blowing to hard into your nose when the pressure level is 10cmh2o or higher which would eventually wake me up in the middle of the night.

I have to continually pull the back strap back into place all night long losing sleep when the nose piece pillows lose connection. I looked closely at the other mask I bought from you and on it the straps are wider and lower which allow you to pull the back strap on to the back of my head securing a better connection. I have been sleepy since I got the mask and just figured out that the mask coming loose is causing the pillows to lose connection. Is this a youth mask or a woman's mask? It just doesn't fit my head like the dozens of masks I have used over the years.

I'm very disapointed in that most of the air flow leaks out prior to getting my pillow in place. I beleive it is defective. I would like you to replace that item.

I thought this would be an improvement over my old mask, and at first I found it very comfortable and convenient. Within a week, however, the velcro that allows for adjustment of the straps began to weaken. The slightest motion at night causes it to snap loose, breaking the seal around my nose. I won't be ordering this product again.

Hate the Velcro. After a few months it fails to stick. Very aggravating.

i've had two of these masks in the last year and with both of them, the facial gel pads pop out and cannot be put back in place. Too expensive for this to happen. Will not recommend.
