ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto BiPAP Machine

With a color LED touchscreen and digital support tools to complement therapy, this machine’s modern design helps you stay on track with your PAP treatment. 

Engineered with the latest BiPAP technology, the AirCurve 11 VAuto ensures a restful night’s sleep with features like:

  • AutoSet (VAuto mode) - automatically adjusts inhalation and exhalation pressures according to your breathing pattern, ensuring optimal therapy.

  • Easy-Breathe (VAuto and S modes) - syncs the device to your breathing rhythm to improve comfort

  • Expiratory Pressure Relief (CPAP mode) - reduces pressure when you breathe out

  • SmartStart/SmartStop - starts therapy when you breathe into your mask and stops when you remove the mask

  • AutoRamp - gradually increases pressure to your prescribed setting, helping you easily fall asleep

  • TiControl - allows your doctor to set minimum and maximum inspiratory time limits to better match your natural breathing patterns

Make sleep therapy more comfortable with the AirCurve 11 VAuto’s built-in heated humidifier, which reduces dryness in your mouth and nose.

When used with the optional ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tubing, the humidifier can be set to Climate Control Auto mode to minimize the need for humidity and temperature changes. 

Pair the AirCurve 11 VAuto with your phone via Bluetooth to access digital health tools on the myAir app (iOS/Android). Personal Therapy Assistant provides voice-guided instructions and interactive videos during setup.

Care Check-In offers tailored feedback and coaching to help you stay motivated — your responses can even be shared with your doctor to help them better support you.
 

Prescription Required

The AirCurve 11 VAuto is designed for OSA patients who struggle with CPAP therapy due to discomfort from continuous fixed pressure.
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth on an as needed basis. Empty the water chamber at least every 2 days. Once a week, wash the water tub, outlet connector and tubing as follows:
 
  1. Wash the components with mild soap and warm water. Do not use water that is hotter than 131°F (55°C).
  2. Rinse each part thoroughly.
  3. Air dry away from direct sunlight. 
The AirCurve 11 VAuto uses Air11 Disposable Filters and Air11 Hypoallergenic Filters. Only one type of filter can be used in the device at a time. 
While the AirCurve 11 VAuto BiPAP features an integrated humidifier that can’t be removed from the rest of the device, the humidifier can be disabled by setting the humidity level to “Off”. 

Alternatively, you can replace the water chamber with the Air11 Side Cover, which not only automatically disables the humidifier but also reduces the size of the machine.
The AirCurve 11 VAuto is FAA-approved for in-flight use. We recommend packing it as a carry-on and bringing a copy of the FAA compliance letter. 

Please note that airline policies regarding in-flight CPAP/BiPAP use can vary. Always familiarize yourself with your airline’s on-board CPAP/BiPAP use policy prior to traveling.
You can use up to 15 L/min of supplemental oxygen with the AirCurve 11 VAuto. This video demonstrates how to add oxygen to your sleep apnea machine. 
 
The AirCurve 11 VAuto is compatible with the NONIN WristOx2 Oximeter Model 3150 with BLE. This finger pulse oximeter connects to the device via Bluetooth and is sold separately.
Pressure settings can only be adjusted via the Clinical Menu. Always consult your healthcare provider prior to making adjustments as changes to your settings can affect treatment effectiveness.
 
The myAir app complements your sleep therapy by providing resources to help you stay on track with treatment. It also allows you to track your progress. However, the AirCurve 11 VAuto is fully functional by itself and the app is not required to use the device.  
Yes, the AirCurve 11 VAuto sends data to your doctor using its integrated cellular modem. Your doctor can also make changes to your machine settings remotely. The AirCurve 11 VAuto does not send data via Wi-Fi.

Q. I had a BPAP machine and it broke so they gave me new machine. An AIRCURVE 11 VAUTO. My old machine had a place on the tube to connect my oxygen concentrator to it. However this new machine there is no place to connect my concentrator. I have concentrator set at level 2 for my COPD. Did they give me the wrong machine? What make and model should I have received?

A. That's correct, the Aircurve 10 had an oxy climatelinair to attach your oxygen tubing. Unfortunately, an oxy climatelineair for the Airsense 11 has not been produced by the manufacturer. Your option is to use a non heated tube and an oxygen adapter https://www.respshop.com/oxygen-concentrators/nasal-cannulas/sunset-healthcare-oxygen-enrichment-adapter-p-817.html or use the heated tubing you have for the Airsense 11 and put the oxygen adapter between your mask and the hose.
