Lightweight CPAP with Exceptional Performance
One of the smallest CPAP machines in its class, the APEX XT Auto CPAP machine is an excellent CPAP for frequent travelers who do not wish to lug around a full-size CPAP. The XT Auto CPAP machine, though compact and lightweight compared to home auto CPAP machines, offers the same effective sleep apnea therapy.

It features advanced features such as leak compensation and altitude adjustment, and stores data on an SD card for easy access to information that can be reviewed and shared with your doctor.

Pressure Variation Algorithm
Designed to help relieve discomfort and pressure during exhalation, the XT Auto's Pressure Variation Algorithm (PVA) reduces pressure, making it easier to breathe out against your CPAP pressure. PVA does not lower the set therapy pressure during inhalation so your therapy is never compromised.

Auto Adjusting Algorithm
The APEX XT Auto CPAP machine automatically adjusts air pressure throughout the night to maintain an open airway. It detects changes in breathing patterns and increases pressure only when necessary to enhance comfort.

User-Friendly Interface
Easy to read with an LCD display, this APEX CPAP machine's interface is user-friendly and allows for quick adjustments of your settings.

Sleep Data Download
The APEX XT Auto includes an SD card which stores your sleep therapy data, allowing you and your doctor to assess your response to therapy. The data can be accessed via the Easy Compliance 3.4.3 Lite (64bit ) PC software which not only displays your therapy data, but also allows you to generate and download compliance reports.

If your computer does not have an SD card slot, you will need an SD card reader . Please refer to the Easy Compliance User Instructions (under "Technical Data") for details on accessing your SD card data.

Built-In Power Supply
The power supply is built into the machine, which saves space and makes the APEX XT Auto CPAP Machine perfect for traveling. Powering the machine requires the power cord to be plugged into the wall outlet.

Optional APEX Medical XT Fit Heated Humidifier
The XT Fit Humidifier is an optional heated humidifier that is compatible with the APEX XT Auto. When used in conjunction with the APEX XT Auto CPAP, it can add a bit of bulk to the overall machine size, however it packs the same punch that you would expect from larger CPAP machines.

The XT Fit Humidifier is the solution to CPAP dry mouth, nose and throat. It provides up to 8 hours of humidification with a full tank (450ml) of water and features 6 adjustable humidity levels. With the APEX Medical XT Auto CPAP, there's no need to sacrifice comfort for portability.

Ultra Compact Design
The APEX XT Auto delivers quality CPAP therapy on-the-go with its compact design. Frequent travelers will appreciate that the machine can be detached from the humidifier for an easier travel experience.

FAQ

How often should I clean and replace the filter?
The gray reusable foam filter that comes with the machine is washable and will last six months when properly maintained. Clean the filter at least once every two weeks. If the environment in which your Apex XT is housed is very dusty, we recommend cleaning the filter even more frequently for optimal machine performance.

Can I power the machine with a battery or via my car?
There is no DC converter available for the APEX XT Auto CPAP to plug into a car cigarette lighter. However, the machine can be powered by the Zopec EXPLORE 5700 Universal CPAP Battery , which is compatible with all brands of CPAP machines.

Do I need a converter if I travel abroad?
The APEX XT Auto CPAP machine is dual voltage (100-240V) so it can be used outside of the US without a converter. However, you may need a travel adapter plug .

Does the machine come with a heated tube?
No, the APEX XT Travel Auto CPAP does not come with heated tubing.

I usually have the respironics system one auto machine, but I forgot to take it with me on my current business trip. It's a bigger machine so traveling with it hasnt always been easy. I decided to try this apex machine because it was small, they say palm sized and its really is that small, and I figured it would be easier to take with me as I am a frequent traveler for work.

I was lucky in that I could get it shipped with next day delivery, and I have used the machine for a few nights. So far I am impressed. Not sure how it will be as an every day machine like my respironics one, but seeing as I only plan on using it for travel, I would say I am really satisfied.

I tried using both in cpap mode and auto mode, found out that I prefer the auto mode, but it is good
to know that the cpap mode is not for me. Else, I have to buy two machines before I figure out which meets my need.

This machine helps me sleep well at night, and my health improves dramatically! Should have used it a long time ago, when my doctor told me I needed one, but didn't have the means to get one then. The price is perfect for my budget. At first I didn't think I need the humidifier, but bought it anyway because I read on your website that it helps prevents dryness. Good advice, thanks guys.

I bought this machine because it was very mobile. It is a great backup and a prime CPAP machine. I liked it so much that I bought 2 of them. They are a great machine and reliable. It gets the Job done and I am happy that it has a huge water reservoir. No more waking up with dry sinus. The machine has the right air pressure and it works very well. I am very pleased that it is reliable and never needed to worry that the heating unit burn out compared to the Philips.. It is made very well and will not fail you in your time of need. Very portable which it comes with a case.

This is a great travel machine. While the Apex XT doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of my Resmed Airsense 10, it cetainly gets the job done for a good nights sleep. Its small size, internal power supply and light weight makes taking it along easy. The slight increase in noise level over the Airsense was almost completely eliminated by adding a soft hose cover. Oh, and of course, it's half the price of the Resmed Mini and can use any mask,

This machine is much better than the one I had before. I am able to sleep through the night . Allowing myself to get my 7 to 8 hours of rest each night. Let me tell you before I was getting up every couple hours . Waking up not able to return to sleep on certain nights. Needless to say 2 or 3 hours of sleep. Doesn't make for a great day. But now I can sleep much better thank god.

I was asked to write this review. Can't tell you how the machine works. I had to send it back. The instrument panel had gunk on it which, after removed, revealed permanent damage to the plastic and a cracked on/off button. I was really dismayed about the lack of quality control. These guys are very nice on the phone and so I have asked them to make sure the machine they send to me as a replacement has no manufacturing flaws, so that we don't have to go through this again. I sure hope the machine works well. This model gets great reviews. I've no idea why the one I received was all screwed up. It took two days after I made my order for the machine to be shipped. Another week to receive. It will take another week for it to get back to them in Seattle. Then I don't know how long for them to send me the replacement. but after they ship it will be another week. So overall, it will have taken well over three weeks total to receive the brand new, undamaged machine which I paid for. But these are really nice people, I know they are extremely busy, and bad things do happen. So I recommend them highly. They are a lot of fun!

Got this with intention to replace my old Devibliss Cpap that I have for years.
Received in good condition but machine did not work to expectation. Was on Auto mode but my wife is complaining that my snoring returns. Switched back to the old machine, everything was fine and sleep quality is good.
