Q. hi i have ordered these from another site before and had problems with the air leaking on the latest batch. didn’t have an issue the first ones i received but now they seem to all be less durable. has anyone mentioned this?
A. No, we have not heard this. I am sorry you are finding the cushion different. These are F&P cushions. Please call in and see if we can apply the 30 day mask assurance program for you.

Subject: Simplus Full Face Mask
After the mask I’d been using over 10 years was discontinued, I had to find another. I’d read that a full face mask was a good choice for 1) beards and 2) mouth breathers. I tried the Simplus and this proved true on both counts — my mouth remains closed all night and the fit around my beard is perfect. After an adjustment period I feel like I sleep more soundly with this mask. It took some trial and effort to learn the best way to don the mask to achieve a full seal, and it still often requires tweaking around the bridge of my nose to get a seal, but once that’s achieved, the mask performs well through the night. I’m glad I chose the Simplus.

I have been using my new Simplon full face mask for a couple of months now and have to say that in 4 years of CPAP therapy, I have had much better sleep every night. No leaks, no slipping and no waking every couple of hours. I love it.
