Transcend | Micro CPAP Machine - Travel Size

Following a recommendation from my CPAP supplier, I rented the Micro for a vacation trip. The machine came with my doctor's settings installed. The noise of the machine surprised me because the product description states that it is "whisper quiet." It is NOT! Just be aware that the noise is similar to a hair dryer. So provide earplugs for your travel companions!

Oh how incredible my new wonder CPAP machine is for a aeekend away. I have travelled with my Airsence 11 before, but that's when I had more luggage. This time, I am flying and just bringing a carry-on. I was able to tuck the machine, power cord, hose, and mask into a little travel back. Then tuck it into my bag. People have said it's louder than a home machine, but I hardly noticed any difference. What a relief to be able to travel small again. Love it!

Very small and easy to pack. Not needing a humidifying tray helps the size and the moisture discs work well enough to offset that absence. The lack of a ramp up was the most difficult thing to deal with (hence the loss of one star). Several reviews mentioned the noise and while it is louder than a full size cpap, I was not disturbed by the slight increase in size. Aside from the lack of a ramp up and being slightly louder the only downside is that it did not come with a carrying case for travel. It has easy to use controls, worked very well, and is something I would definitely purchase again.

The Micro really is about the size of a baseball. I didn't believe it till I saw it. The machine works as it should. The AirRelief function will sometimes abruptly increase pressure when you inhale especially when 1st turning the cpap on.

It's cute and is great for traveling when the larger cpap is harder to carry. Able to fit in your bag nicely.

This CPAP really is small and light; it's super easy to travel with. However, please be aware that even using the muffler that comes with it, the machine is very loud.

This cpap worked well, was so much easier to travel with, and was very quiet as well.

This travel Cpap is nicer than my full sized unit at home. It’s really easy to travel with and doesn’t take up much room.

I use this Transend CPAP machine when tent camping. Solar panel, 12v battery, converter and I'm good to sleep. Unit is half the size of my home unit and works great. No more snoring to keep my hunting buddies awake!

Great small machine at a great price.

Software not user friendly, not enough power if need pressure of 10 cm and above. Not a true APAP

I wish I would have bought this years ago when I was still traveling on business 2 weeks out of each month. It is so much smaller than my nightstand model, easy to pack, easy to quickly assemble and disassemble for trips. I might even try using it on long overseas flights since it is quiet.

I rented one of these for travel and how convenient! Absolutely loved it!! I want one for myself now.

Very small, not able to flex pressure with inspiration/expiration difference, feel like not enough air, not strong enough if you need pressure above 12 cm of water, doesn’t work in higher altitude, expensive toy.

I originally got it for use in my RV but also use it while doing other travel and hosting overnight in a shelter. Currently using it as I am recovering from surgery and sleeping in a recliner for a few days. I would put this CPAP up against any full sized unit.

Purchased the travel-friendly “Transcend Micro” after renting one for a long weekend trip. Astonishingly small size (baseball) and easy to program with the App. As with all travel machines, this one generates a little more “noise” than my home RESMED AirSense 11, but is easy to get used to (I carefully wrap mine in a standard dry wash cloth prior to turning out the lights for a little extra muffling). Having switched over to waterless operation of my home unit several years ago, have not had to use any moisture pads or any other hydration. Very pleased overall so far, especially with the compact size, ease-of-use and straightforward APP.

I purchased this item a little over a year and a half ago. It was great. I used it on multiple overseas trips. I also used a camping. I probably put total 23 nights on it and then I want to use it this summer and it stopped working turns on, but there is no air pressure.

This machine is small but powerful! It also has the moisture pods which work well. The machine is affordable and you can’t beat the convenience.

I first rented this machine for my husband and I last year for a trip to Italy and we both loved how small it was to fit in our suitcases and how well the machines worked. We travel often and since we needed 2 we waited for a sale. We purchased this year and have used them several times. If you’re hesitating DON’T!! It’s well worth the convenience. We are both very happy with our purchase!

This is such a tiny cpap, it fits in the palm of your hand. Quiet and comfy overnight.

Transcend Micro CPAP is very compact and versatile. You can also use moisture filters for humidification if you use a full face mask and not have to use water. No hutting around to find distilled water when traveling.

Small machine! Seems louder than my ResMed Airsence 10. But great for travel!
