Meet Our Staff
Behind every good night’s sleep is a team that cares.
At RespShop, our mission goes beyond providing CPAP and oxygen equipment; we’re here to guide, support, and celebrate every step of your sleep health journey.
Our staff includes Registered Respiratory Therapists, Polysomnographic Technicians, and Certified Sleep Science Coaches who bring years of experience in sleep apnea treatment and oxygen therapy. More importantly, they bring compassion, patience, and the ability to explain even the most technical details in ways that make sense.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or looking to optimize your therapy, our sleep experts are here to help you choose the right equipment, understand your data, and feel confident in your treatment.
Reach out today and let us help you breathe easier and sleep better.

Pam
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
My name is Pam. I’m a Registered Respiratory Therapist with over 25 years of experience helping people breathe and sleep better. Over the years, I’ve worked with all kinds of respiratory equipment, from ventilators, CPAP and BiPAP machines, to nebulizers, MyAirvo, oximetry, and oxygen systems. Whether it’s in a hospital, nursing home, or home medical setting, my goal has always been to make sure each patient gets the right therapy and fully understands how to use their equipment with confidence.
What motivates me most in this field is knowing I can make a real difference in someone’s daily life. I love guiding patients through their CPAP therapy or answering questions about their sleep apnea equipment so they can feel successful and supported. My clients often tell me they appreciate not only my knowledge but also my willingness to go above and beyond to ensure their equipment works for them.
Outside of work, I enjoy coaching softball, basketball, and soccer, and I treasure every moment spent with my family. Sports and teamwork have taught me patience, communication, and dedication, qualities I bring to every patient interaction. Helping people breathe easier and sleep better isn’t just my career; it’s something I’m truly passionate about

Patty
Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT)
I’m Patty, and since 2015, I’ve been working as a Polysomnographic Technician, supporting and educating people through their Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) journey. I know that a new OSA diagnosis can feel overwhelming, so I focus on explaining the condition, therapy options, and equipment in a way that makes the process less stressful and easier to manage.
What motivates me most is seeing the positive change when someone becomes compliant with their therapy. Untreated OSA can affect the entire body, so being part of a team that helps people regain their health, energy, and quality of life is incredibly rewarding. My patients often tell me they feel truly heard, supported, and treated with kindness, and I take pride in being honest and thorough in every conversation.
Outside of work, I have a love for singing… even though I can’t always remember the lyrics! I’m grateful to provide care that goes above and beyond, and it means so much when clients recognize the difference that genuine attention and support can make in their therapy journey.

Anne
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), Registered Sleep Therapist (RST), and Master in Sleep Medicine (MSc)
Hello! My name is Anne, and I am both a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist and a Registered Sleep Therapist. I recently completed my master’s degree in sleep medicine and am currently working toward my doctorate. Since 2015, I’ve dedicated my career to the sleep field, focusing on Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and sleep research.
What I love most about my work is making a positive impact on people’s lives. Because I personally have sleep apnea and have used most of the equipment myself, I’m able to bring both professional expertise and firsthand experience to my patients. I also enjoy breaking down complex sleep science into clear, simple explanations, helping people truly understand why their therapy matters makes a world of difference in how successful they are.
Outside of work and school, I spend as much time as I can with my daughter. I also love reading (I can finish a novel in a day or two!), crocheting, and swing dancing. These hobbies keep me grounded and energized, so I can bring my best self to every patient I support on their journey toward healthier sleep.

Laura
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Hi, I’m Laura, a Respiratory Therapist with experience in both home care and CPAP therapy. Before joining this team, I worked hands-on with patients, troubleshooting and adjusting the very machines we now carry and sell. What started as a career change from being a server quickly became a true passion. I discovered how rewarding it is to help people breathe better, sleep better, and feel better.
I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people, especially older adults, and I bring a personable, lighthearted approach to care. There’s so much conflicting information about sleep apnea and CPAP therapy, but I take pride in breaking it down simply (and sometimes with a laugh!) so patients don’t feel overwhelmed. I believe sleep therapy should feel approachable, not intimidating.
Outside of work, I’m a mix of adventurer and homebody: I moved across the country away from my family (despite being terrified of flying), I love being outdoors, trying new restaurants and wine, celebrating every holiday, and baking. I also grew up deeply involved in soccer, captaining most of my teams and even competing at nationals at just 13 years old. Those experiences taught me teamwork, resilience, and leadership, qualities I still carry into my work every day.

Christina
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Hi, I’m Christina, and I’ve been a Respiratory Therapist since 2017. Over the years, I’ve worked in neonatal medicine, emergency medicine, home care, and sleep therapy, giving me a wide set of skills to support patients across many stages of life. My focus now is on patient education and building confidence with sleep therapy. I truly believe that with the right support (and a friendly, approachable attitude), anyone can feel empowered to take control of their sleep health.
What motivates me most is helping those who need it the most. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing patients grow in their confidence and understanding of sleep therapy, knowing they’re making progress toward better health. I bring excellent customer service skills, warmth, and patience into every interaction so that each person I meet feels cared for and leaves with a positive impression.
Outside of my work as a Respiratory Therapist, I love pursuing higher education and expanding my skill set. I’m currently studying to be a massage therapist and have also taken design classes. Learning keeps me energized and allows me to bring creativity and new perspectives to my career. Whether in the clinic, classroom, or community, my goal is always the same: to connect, support, and make a meaningful difference.
