Must Have for Micro

It is shocking how loud the item is without the muffler. I thought about not taking it camping with us because it’s more weight to carry, but the noise was just too much without it. Not that it’s a super loud machine. It is just shockingly better with this muffler.

The air velocity was to high

The air velocity was to high. I did not use the device. No-one, including me, my physician, or the folks at RespShop addressed the issue. I was unable sleep because of the air flow velocity. Otherwise the service, shipping, parts provided, etc. was excellent.

Not a huge difference

I can't really tell a huge difference with or without the muffler. But the muffler is basically an adaptor for normal tubing so it works for that.

Love everything about the transcend micro. It is the perfect travel Cpap. I use the resmed air sense 11 at home and do not need a different mask. I can use the same style mask that I’m used to.

Will this accessory fit my Transcend mini CPAP SOMNETICS typeBF, IP 21 about 10 +/- years old. I lost a coupler type device which reduced the "hurricane" noises when in use.
