Yes, the APEX XT Auto is an auto CPAP machine which automatically adjusts pressure within a set minimum and maximum pressure range. It also has a standard CPAP mode with a fixed pressure.
Can I use the APEXT XT Auto on a plane?
The APEX XT Auto is FAA-approved for in-flight use. We recommend packing it as a carry-on and bringing a copy of the FAA compliance letter.

I wanted a portable CPAP for travel and I couldn't pass up on this price. It seems a bit chonky, but honestly, when you consider that the power supply is built in, it's really no bigger than the other portables + their power bricks. And I like that it's one, self-contained unit. It's a no-frills device, but it does everything I need it to and does it very well. Used it for the first time last night and it ticked all of the boxes. Easy controls. Auto-adjusting air flow worked great. Very comfortable. For what I need and what it does, the APEX is a five-star win.

It's a "dual purpose" unit able to serve as both a home system as well as a portable travel unit. Noisier and heavier than the AirMini, but at a third of the price, the sound and weight can be easily addressed with a vibration pad, muffler and maybe some ear plugs.

I love this machine. It's small, lightweight, easy to set up, and very easy to use. It automatically adjusts air pressure based on how you're breathing while you sleep, comes with a "ramp up" feature that slowly increases the pressure so you aren't on "full blast" right away, and I love the comfort setting that allows it to let off the pressure as you exhale. The humidifier is really nice too - otherwise my sinuses would be bone dry and very uncomfortable. AND - it comes with a very convenient travel case so you can take it with you when you travel! If you want a great piece of equipment for a very reasonable price, this is it.

I like this machine and plan to use it for travel. I can use it without the water chamber if I'm on an airplane, then I can use the water chamber in a hotel, cruise ship, or Airbnb. It is not completely silent, but my husband who is a light sleeper says he can barely hear it and it doesn't bother him. The downside for traveling with it is that it's a little bit heavier and larger than my ResMed. But without the water chamber it is half the size of my ResMed. Due to the size and weight it's not perfectly what I wanted for travel, but the price was right (since insurance doesn't cover a travel machine). Overall, I am please with this the APEX machine.

The price has gone down compared to before, and it also has a humidifier, so I'm very happy with it. I was able to watch how to set it up on YouTube, and I started using it comfortably.

This is about my third machine in the last 20 years of this variety. I love it for travel, both domestic and international. The unit is solid with the power bank inside so all you have is a XT Unit, Cord Mask/Hose for packing. Respshop turn my order around very quickly, so I am prepared to use it on my very next trip.

I have owned these in the past and really like the size of the CPAP unit itself for travel traveling. The fact that it doesn’t have a power brick (just a cord) outside of the unit makes it easier to pack & carry on trips. The XT Auto is not the fancy new models, but it's small and does the job. Easy to set up use, quiet, and that's all I need. It doesn't have phone App support, but you can get all the info you need from the display and menus. The price is right!

This device is a great starting device for therapy. The modularity helps with travel, and its base configuration and algorithm are easy to get used to. I bought this machine because it was a good price, but it has a air leak making it noisy. My wife says she can't sleep with it running.

This machine works, but the himidifier is not as good as my resmed machine. But I got it to use for travel, which it will be great for that purpose.
