The Extended Warranty covers eligible mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal residential use after the manufacturer's warranty expires. If your machine experiences a covered failure, RespShop will repair or replace it according to the terms of the program.
RespShop's Extended Warranty extends protection for eligible CPAP and BiPAP machines beyond the original manufacturer's warranty. It covers eligible mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal residential use for the purchased coverage period. If a covered issue is approved, RespShop will repair or replace the machine in accordance with the Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions.
Not necessarily. If your claim is approved, RespShop will determine whether your machine will be repaired or replaced. If a replacement is needed, you may receive a repaired unit, a refurbished machine, an equivalent replacement, or a comparable current-generation model with similar or greater functionality. An identical or brand-new machine is not guaranteed
If you purchase your machine and the Extended Warranty together, we'll automatically register the warranty to that machine. If you purchase the Extended Warranty separately, we'll email you to request the serial number of the eligible machine you'd like to protect before activating your coverage.
