2. Turn your points into money-value coupons.

- Use the slider to choose hoy many points to use (minimum 100).

- Remember: 100 points = $1

- The amount you select, becomes the value of your coupon

3. Check your coupons

- Go to My Rewards to see all your coupons, including available and expired ones

4. Apply your coupon

- Click Add to my cart to apply it automatically
- Or copy the code to use it later

5. Track your points

- In My Balance, you can see all the activities where you earned points

What is the RespShop Rewards program and how does it work?

It’s our loyalty program designed to reward you every time you shop with us. When you’re logged into your account and make a purchase, you earn points that build up over time.

You can later redeem those points and turn them into reward value to use on future orders, helping you save on the products you already love.

Points follow a simple structure: 100 points = $1, so it’s always easy to understand how much value you’ve earned.

How do I earn points?

You earn points every time you make a purchase while logged into your account.

You can also earn additional points by completing specific actions, such as following us on social media or engaging with the brand in other ways.

Being part of our Membership tiers, like Silver or Gold, also gives you access to additional ways to earn points and maximize your rewards over time.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points from your account dashboard at any time. When you choose to redeem, you decide how many points you’d like to use, and that amount is converted into a reward coupon.

This coupon is automatically saved to your account and can be applied later at checkout when you're ready to place an order.

In most cases, rewards can be combined with other discounts, though some promotions may have restrictions, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

When will I receive my points and do they expire?

Your points are added to your account after your order is confirmed or shipped, and you can track them anytime from your dashboard.

When you’re ready to use them, you can redeem your points and they’ll be converted into a coupon that is saved to your account.

You can then apply this coupon at checkout on your next order, as long as you’re logged in. All coupons have a validity of one year from the moment they are created.

What should I do if I have issues with my points?

If you don’t see your points, it’s usually because:

  • You weren’t logged in when placing the order
  • The order was canceled or refunded
  • The order hasn’t been fully processed yet

If you forgot to log in or something doesn’t look right, contact our support team. We’ll review your case and do our best to make sure you receive your points.

What are Membership Tiers and how do I qualify?

Our Membership program includes three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Your tier is determined by your total accumulated spend, and each tier unlocks additional benefits.

  • Bronze: Spend $500 accumulated and maintain $120 per year
  • Silver: Spend $800 accumulated and maintain $250 per year
  • Gold: Spend $1,000 accumulated and maintain $350 per year

Each tier includes perks like free shipping, early access to selected promotions, and bonus points. Higher tiers unlock additional benefits such as increased points multipliers and, for Gold members, an annual gift.

To stay in your tier, you must meet the required annual spending. If not, you’ll lose your tier status but still keep Free Shipping for Life.
