I have a ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP. I bought the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite power supply for travel. Then I bought the AirSense adapter cables for the power supply. I cannot figure out how to connect the charging cable to the ResMed 65 W AC adapter that came with my CPAP. Do I need a separate AC adapter to charge the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite?

There are two cables that come with this kit. One attaches to the AirSense 11 power supply to charge the battery and the other goes between the battery and the machine.

The Medistrom battery does work with the Resmed Airmini as is, the cable kit is just for the Airsense 11.

I feel like I'm missing something. How do I use this with my medistrom battery?
Answer
Going from the wall to the machine, you will first have your power supply that came with the AirSense 11 machine, then you will connect one of the two cables from this kit to that cable and connect the other end to the medistrom pilot 24 lite battery. The other cable from this kit will go in to the DC out port of the battery and connect to the AirSense 11. In this way, you can leave the battery plugged in in-line with the machine so that you have a backup in case of a power outage and your battery is always ready to go. If you are taking it camping or some place without an input power source, you would simply use just the cable between the battery and the machine to run the machine.

I have a new Resmed Airsense 11 replacing an Airsense 10. I had used the pilot 24 battery in line with the Airsense 10 so that it was always attached between the power supply, and the machine. So I had the adapter plugged to the wall, the battery plaugged to the adapter with the RCA cable and then to the machine. When the power goes out, the battery automatically kicks in. Can I use the same set-up with the Airsense 11, the Pilot 24 and the new adapter cables?
