Q. I need this diffuser piece for my mask. This is the piece that keeps the air in the tube; mine is seeping out. I have a DreamStation machine. Is there a comparable diffuser I can purchase? Thank you!
A. The purpose of the diffuser is to spread the direction of the exhale port airflow so that it isn't a concentrated stream of air that can disrupt you or your bedpartner. There are only a few masks that have these. We strongly advise not blocking the exhale port of your mask unless it is designed by the manufacturer to be diffused as it can result in rebreathing your exhaled air which can be dangerous.
Q. I need to replace the diffuser in my F&P Eson 2 mask. Do I have to replace the whole thing or are there just the filter refills?
A. You can get the diffuser with a filter or just a package of the filters for the F&P Eson 2 mask. Whatever you need.
Q. Hi. I'd like to purchase the nasal part (not sure what it's called, but the part that I breath into). Mine detached from the face mask. I'm unable to use the machine because it's missing. I wear just the nasal face mask, and not the full face mask. Can you help me out? Thank you.
