A. The fabric one, SKU 1105176, is compatible with the fabric frame nuance pro mask, SKU 1105160.
The nuance pro one, SKU 1105178, is compatible with the nuance pro gel frame mask, SKU 1105167.

When purchasing this headgear, I thought it would be compatible with the Nuance Pro mask, but found out the hard way that it only fits with the fabric frame – 1105160 mask. If you already have the Nuance Pro Gel Frame – 1105167 mask, and purchased this headgear, you'll need to get the fabric frame to be able to use it with the mask. This headgear will not work with your Gel frame. I realized that the fabric frame works better for me than the Gel one. It is softer and after wearing for a few minutes, it did not feel like it is there on my face.
