Swift FX Nano Nasal Mask with Headgear
If you suffer from Obstructive Sleep Apnea and struggle with nasal pillows, or find the full face mask to bulky. Then you will find ResMed's Swift FX Nano Nasal Mask by ResMed, one of the least obtrusive CPAP masks on the market. You will find this nasal CPAP mask has just three small, lightweight pieces and the Swift FX Nano Nasal Mask is comfortable yet barely touches your face. Like all ResMed masks, this pap mask attaches easily, allowing for a comfortable breathing experience with minimal slipping, face marks or leakage, providing you better sleep therapy. If your still not sure, our Mask Assurance has you covered, you have 30 days to try it.
Natural Breathing Experience
The Swift FX Nano's nasal cushion has a dual-wall design that stabilizes the mask throughout the night. With an outer membrane on the cushion comfortably fitting over your nose, and ResMed's use of Spring Air Technology, the pressure is spread evenly, ensuring that you won't wake up with red marks on your nose. The soft nasal cushion helps you get a relaxing night's sleep.
Flexible Headgear and Tubing
With no contact points on the face, the headgear fits comfortably on any size head without disrupting your line of sight. The Swift FX headgear straps into place easily behind the head, locking the device in place for hours on end. A flexible connection between the ResMed nasal mask's elbow and the tube allows a full 360-degree rotation without displacing the mask itself. At 15 inches long, the tube is both flexible and long enough to withstand normal tossing and turning.
ResMed designed micro exhalation ports on the mask elbow to help quietly diffuse air away from you and your partner. Soft Wraps are included to fit under the head gear greatly reducing your chances of getting stretch marks from the straps.
Swift FX Short Flexible Tube
This Short tube connects securely to the mask for either the Swift FX Nano or the Swift FX Nasal Pillows. The Swift FX Tube Comes off the cushion for easy cleaning. The tube is capable of rotating a full 365 degrees which accommodates easy moving in bed. The tubing also measures about 13.25 inches.
*This short tube connects to the standard tube that runs to your CPAP machines.
You will find the Swift FX line of masks very versatile because they are all interchangeable. If you decide you want to try the pillow mask you don't need to buy a whole new mask as the cushions are interchangeable, so you only need to purchase the Swift Fx Nasal Pillow Cushions. Or if you want to try a different type of headgear like the one offered by the ResMed Swift FX Bella, you only need to purchase the Bella Headgear.

I've seen some users report problems with slippage: why is this?
Some users have reported that ResMed's recommended sizes are a tiny bit off. If you're in-between sizes, try going with the smaller mask for a better fit.
Does the For Her come in any size other than small?
No, the For Her is one size only.
Will this mask fit faces of all sizes?
The Swift CPAP mask comes with small, medium, and large nasal pillows that will accommodate most faces. ResMed also makes a For Her model of the Swift FX that will fit petite facial structures.
How should I wash my mask?
We recommend that you wash your mask with a light dish soap and a damp cloth. Distilled water is ideal but not necessary. We also recommend using a clear soap if you clean your CPAP equipment with a cleaning machine such as the SoClean or Sleep 8.
*We also sell CPAP Wipes which work great with your mask.
Does this Mask Work Well with Higher CPAP Air Pressures?
The Swift FX Nano will work with higher pressure but we do not recommend the Swift FX Nasal Pillow mask for high-pressure use. This is because nasal pillows can make the pressure seem more intense.
I’ve always wondered if traditional CPAP masks really needed more straps and clasps than a strait jacket. Well, the Nano has now answered that question and the answer is a sound “no”.
Two straps is all it takes to hold on to my head without issue. You have one going around the back and one on top. Adjustment is easy, so practically any head shape shouldn’t find an issue getting the mask to hold on tight. Of course the biggest benefit is that this mask feels as light as a feather and I barely notice it hugging my head.
Cushion is fine, it’s just your standard silicon triangle. No major leakage issues detected and it doesn’t leave noticeable imprints. Interestingly, the parts list seems to suggest that it’s compatible with the FX nasal pillow. I have tried nasal pillows in the past and I wasn’t a big fan of them. If you’re someone who likes pillows more than standard cushions though, that seems like another perk of this mask.
I travel fairly often so of course I pack my mask with me. This mask packs really well so I purchased a second one as my travelling mask. Great mask.
I saw this mask and was intrigued by the minimal design. Was a little skeptical at first about how well it would fit but after a month, I’m very happy with it.
If you’re looking at this mask like I was, you’re probably wondering how comfortable it is with the minimal strap design. Well I can say right now that it’s great. You can adjust it at three points, along the horizontal band there’s two straps on either side. Wide or narrow faces all shouldn’t have a problem. On the top, you have a strap that’s kind of like what you find on swimming goggles. I didn’t have any troubles with it and with all three straps, I was able to find a good setup. Nasal cushion was good too, didn’t have any sealage issues or red line problems. I just ordered the regular size and it fit fine but there is a wider cushion available if that’s what you’re interested in.
Other than comfort, it’s easy to take on and off. No bottom strap around the crown means you don’t have to fight an octopus off your head every morning like on more conventional designs. The tube part also rotates in a circle so you can find any angle you want, and the tube is soft and flexible so you can position your hose freely. I’m not a very rambunctious sleeper but I think this mask should be fine for all positions since you can rotate your hose however.
I purchased this mask from Respshop.com because it looked like I could wear my glasses in bed to read and sure enough, it is GREAT for that! I was also worried the mask would bother the bridge of my nose as others have, but the cushion is so soft and flexible that it did not rub my nose at all. I am a side sleeper and so that was another concern but I had no trouble at all with this as long as the mask is not loose. The only complaint I had was that the mask left marks on my face so the next night I used the mask wraps and that took care of the problem. Overall, I am VERY happy with this mask and will purchase it again! My last mask had a tube over the top of the head and I loved it but I did not miss that at all since this extension tube on the Swift gives it plenty of room to move around. Yes, will purchase again. Thanks, Respshop!
I started using this mask, but somehow the nose gets sore in the morning, don't know what to do. I asked your customer service and they ran down the list for me to check:
Correct pillow size?
The cone tip is the only part that is inside your nose, and the rest stays outside.
Headgear too tight?
And they suggested I could use Ayr Saline Nasal Gel (can get it from Walgreens or any drugstores that has it) or lanolin cream - Lanisoh, Blistex Lip or Carmex Lip ointment to help reduce the soreness.
If all of the above failed, they suggested to consult your doctor or try a different mask, like a nasal or full face mask.
So I tried a different pillow size, and it works for me. Thanks guys. I gave 5 stars because your customer service rocks!
Great mask, with a good seal also, I like moving around at night without having the seal break . super soft and comfortable, it allows me to read while I have the mask. Over all im happy with the mask, cushions very soft and headgears are barely touching my face and never gives me red marks or discomfort.
I been using full face now and wanted to try something different and thanks to your customer service for helping me choose the right mask. What I like about it this mask is that there's no forehead pads that I didn't like from my other mask. Nasal cushions are soft and never gave me nose any soreness. Thanks Resmed!!!
This mask has a good seal that doesnt break, and the benefit of this mask is that you have an increased vision field when you are using it. I can move pretty easily when I wear it at night without having the seal break and making my machine very loud due to the air flow out of the mask. I like to fall asleep to the tv at night so I needed a mask that allowed me to watch tv without having a huge bar sit in front of my face like other cpap masks available.
The size is small enough but fits my nose perfect. Overall my therapy has been just as good or better than before after switching from my old resmed mask to the nano mask.
I've had some problems getting a nasal mask to stick on my face without leaking but this one was fine. I still pull it off at four in the morning like every other mask BECAUSE I GO HARD IN THE PAINT
