What is the difference between the AirFit N20 and AirTouch N20 Nasal Masks?
The AirFit N20 and AirTouch N20 are essentially the same mask with one major difference — the cushion. The AirFit N20 features a silicone nasal cushion while the AirTouch N20 features a memory foam cushion. All other mask parts (headgear, frame, short tubing with elbow, magnetic clips) are the same.
How do I clean my AirTouch N20 Nasal Mask?
Weekly cleaning: headgear, frame
Daily cleaning: short tubing, elbow
As needed: AirTouch N20 cushion
- Disassemble the mask.
- Hand wash all parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking the parts for more than ten minutes.
- Use a soft bristle brush to clean the parts, paying special attention to the vent holes on the elbow.
- Rinse each part thoroughly under running water and squeeze excess water out of the headgear.
- Let the mask components air dry completely out of direct sunlight.
Your AirTouch N20 cushion can be cleaned with CPAP mask wipes or similar alcohol-free wipes on an as needed basis. Submerging the memory foam cushion in water will damage the material and affect cushion performance.
How often should I replace my AirTouch N20 Nasal Mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months. However, for best performance, the memory foam cushion should be replaced more frequently, ideally every month.
My AirTouch N20 is leaking? What should I do?
- Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably around your nose.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your AirTouch N20 according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
- Adjust your headgear as necessary.
- Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
- Replace any worn out mask parts.

I started my cpap therapy on January 2026 through my doctor. Did a at home test and got 46 times a minute of stopping breathing. That's scary.
To date I've spent over a thousand dollars trying too find the best mask for me.
I purchased the Airtouch N20 just recently through Respshop. Delivery was super quick,which is want you want with therapy products. Can't think of a better company to work with than Respshop. Prices were great and service spectacular.
When I can afford it I'll be purchasing a resmed airsense 11 through them to replace the Luna G3 my sleep therapist started me with. Although a great machine the airsense 11 looks like a better product to me.

I’ve tried several other nasal masks and this one has reigned supreme. I don’t feel like I’m suffocating and if I choose to sleep on my side, rather than my back, all I do is tighten the Velcro straps for an even tighter fit with minimal leakage.

New to CPAP, using an AirMini, and this N30 foam nasal mask is my third style mask to try. It’s by far my favorite!
I started with P10 pillows, and I love their minimalist light-weight style, but therapy felt uncomfortable due to the dry “jets of air”. Note: the AirMini doesn’t have a water tank (only a HumidX cartridge), so that’s likely part of the problem for me with the P10. I tried for about a week.
I then tried an N30 nasal cushion, also with nice minimalist light-weight style, but I often had leaks when tossing and turning during sleep. It was more comfortable than the P10 jets of dry air, but the leaks were very annoying. I tried for about a week.
Finally, I found this N20 nasal cradle mask with the AirTouch foam cushion, and wow! It seals nicely with no leaks, even when shifting from back, to side, to stomach sleeping. It’s VERY comfortable and the swivel at the hose interface allows easy manipulation when rolling to different positions in bed. It feels less dry, maybe due to the cradle having a volume of air that keeps more of the exhaled humidity. The first night, I had it secured tightly, and it was a bit uncomfortable, but the next night I loosened the headgear and it still seals perfectly while being VERY comfortable. The magnetic clasps make it easy to put on and to remove. While I quickly washed my other silicone masks with soapy water each morning, this foam cannot be soaked, so I use a lint free cloth with a bit of ResMed cleaner to wipe it each morning.
For the great comfort and robust mask seal, I highly recommend the AirTouch foam N20

The N20 nasal is super quiet, very comfortable mask that allows one to move around effortlessly at night. The headgear does not leave sweat marks when you take it off in the morning, which is a nice bonus. This mask seals amazingly well even with a beard to contend with. I really like the headgear of this mask and the feel of the cushion. The medium cushion does seem a little tight for me and the large was too big. My complaint is how much air blows out the front. It wakes my wife if I face her. If Resmed adds a diffuser it would be a great mask.

I've been using this mask for a number of years. The headgear and mask fits my head/face well. It is comfortable regardless of the position I'm sleeping in. It lasts a reasonably long time as long as I take it off before my dog ambushes me in the morning to lick my face and the headgear.
