Eson Nasal Mask by Fisher & Paykel

Designed for enhanced comfort, ease of use, and uninterrupted sleep, the Fisher & Paykel Eson Nasal Mask suits the needs of any CPAP user.

Featuring a compact three-part design, the F&P Eson is lightweight and easy to maintain. The cushion incorporates an advanced air diffuser for whisper quiet operation, as well as the RollFit seal, which gently adapts to your face and provides a secure seal that moves with you.

Breathable and easy to adjust, the ErgoFit™ headgear comes with Velcro straps that require no readjustments. Plus, thanks to the Easy Clip attachment, putting on and taking off your mask is as simple as hooking or unhooking the headgear clips to the frame.

Combining this comfortable headgear design with the low-profile frame, the Eson Nasal Mask minimizes contact with your face for a more natural sleeping experience.

How do I clean the Eson Nasal Mask?

Weekly cleaning: headgear

Daily cleaning: cushion, frame, elbow, swivel

  1. Disassemble the mask.
  2. Hand wash all parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking for more than 10 minutes.
  3. Rinse each part thoroughly under running water.
  4. Let the parts air dry away from direct sunlight.

The diffuser should be replaced every 2 to 3 months. It is not washable and should not be exposed to water.

How often should I replace my Eson Nasal Mask?

To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.

The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

My Eson Nasal Mask is leaking. What should I do?
  1. Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably around your nose.
  2. Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
  3. Ensure you're wearing your Eson Nasal Mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide or the video below. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
  4. Adjust your headgear as necessary.
  5. Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
  6. Replace any worn out mask parts.

If your CPAP mask still leaks after following all those troubleshooting steps, a different mask style may be a better option. Feel free to contact RespShop for assistance in choosing a different mask.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this mask. It is quiet and comfortable and I have had no leaks despite a beard and sleeping on my side. Only slight problem is that it is a little hard to put back on in the dark while half asleep but I am sure a will get used to it.

Probably close to the best nasal mask i have used so far, i am using it with Icon Auto and i have never had such low AHI reading in 4 years. With the combination of the Icon Auto and this mask i average 10 instead of the prescribed 14 on my old Icon Premo.
I have used my other masks as well with the icon auto and reading are also lower but i think this mask is definitely the most efficient one for me.

This nasal mask is very easy to use. It's comfortable. After using it together with chin strap, my AHI comes down to less than 1.

Craig G. You can disengage the main hose from the gray plastic end piece. The grey plastic end piece remains inside the hose but is designed to be separated from clear plastic swivel. This way you don't have to take the mask off when using the bathroom late a night. The best mask EVER!!!

This Fisher & Paykel mask resists moving around when sleeping. It also feels light enough to not overwhelm. It has adequate adjustment for perfect fitment. I have used this mask style for the better part of a decade and will for the foreseeable future.
