I rented a Transcend Micro Auto Travel CPAP Machine to take with me on a trip with specific instructions that it had to arrive prior to Friday, March 15 because I was leaving very early that morning. I even paid extra to make sure it would be there before I left.
IT DIDN'T GET TO ME ON TIME SO I WAS VERY UPSET AND WITHOUT THE MACHINE THAT I NEEDED FOR A WEEK!
I haven't opened the box and I'm returning it "Refused, return to sender" as discussed with a person with your company. I demand a refund for the machine and extra charges.
