I find the EPR settings to be superior than its predecessor, it's just easier to breath with the 11. A lot of people say that the water chamber holds less water, and it does appear that way, but they both hold the same amount, the layout gives the illusion that it is less.
This is my 3rd CPAP and is the quietest yet. Works beautifully and the app has great info on how it helped at night and displays any interruptions.

I get the unheated hose with Medicare but it is not the same. I wake up with a better nights sleep with the added humidity. Great product and a great price.
