When starting CPAP therapy two years ago, luckily the Resmed 11 was my doctor’s recommended machine of choice. From the very first night I had no trouble adapting - just a great machine!

I've been using the AirSense 11 for a year and a half. The automatic startup feature is really nice. There are two issues with it" #1 is that the metal warming plate in the bottom of the water cartridge rusted, and that was very concerning. #2 is there's not a decent connection to oxygen so there's hanging air tubing to deal with.

Love this CPAP! Water reservoir is a little more awkward to fill but more efficient overall. Seems more quiet than the 10 and easy to use.
