Commitment to Safety

Tested by professionals to ensure all safety standards are met, the Devilbiss Portable Concentrator is a top-of-the-line machine engineered with your health in mind. High tech built-in sensing device alerts you during power events or changes in oxygen output. The audible beep is convenient for those who use the system while sleeping, traveling, or when in noisy environments. The iGO will also alert you in the event that no breath is detected. Oxygen purity, flow rate, pulse volume, and battery run time have all been extensively tested in the laboratory and by physicians in independent studies to provide you with the peace of mind you deserve.

Reliable Oxygen Flow

Not only will your system alert you in the event that any malfunctions occur, this machine also features oxygen conversation technology. In order to reduce the nasal dryness that many users suffer from due to oxygen use, the system will provide you with short, consistent flows of oxygen to give you comfort and reduce energy use. Never wake again with the torment of a sore throat and dried-out nasal passages. This technology preserves battery life and provides you with continuous, perfectly timed bursts of oxygen to keep you comfortable at all times.

Powerful Lithium Batteries

Your machine comes equipped with new, increased battery capabilities. With the power of just one lithium battery, you will gain over five and a half hours of power. Q. Hello There,
I have a few questions:
1- Could this be used on 220V?
2- I am taking this unit for my uncle in Jordan, do I still need an RX?
3- Would I need any paperwork for customs?

Thank you and have good weekend.
A. Hi

1. Yes, this can work on 220V
2. We do require a prescription for all oxygen machines. It can be an international prescription.
3. It varies from state to state. I'm not familiar with the requirements of importing medical devices into Jordan. If any issues come up we're happy to help.
Q. I use a RESMED FOR HER CPAP
I need a portable oxygen concentrator.
Is this one compatible?
A. Hello,
If you are using oxygen with your CPAP, you should be on continuous flow. The iGO2 Portable Oxygen Concentrator cannot deliver continuous oxygen. It is pulse dose only. The Philips SimplyGo is the only unit that can deliver continuous flow. I recommend checking your oxygen prescription for your prescribed oxygen setting prior to making any purchases.
Our medical team is happy to help you find the portable concentrator that can meet your prescribed oxygen settings. Please feel free to reach out (866-936-3754)
Q. Does it make a alarm go when you stop breathing as I have sleep arena 24 7
A. Hello, Yes this concentrator has an alarm if your breathing is to shallow or if you are not taking a breath. Please remember that this device is not recommended for nighttime sleeping and it is only a pulse dose system and has no continuous flow option.

If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me at 1-866-936-3754. I am a Respiratory Therapist and work with these units.

Thank you and have a great day,

Pam
Q. Why does my machine beep intermittently and feel hot
A. You would want to call the company you purchased your device from, could be a repair issue.
Q. Can I remove the battery from the POC and insert a fresh battery? If flying I am required to have 150% battery run-time for the flight. If the flight is 8 hrs then I need 12 hrs of battery time. Additionally, are battery chargers which will work without the battery being in the POC?
Thank you.
A. Yes, you can remove the battery and insert a new one.
There is an external battery charger for the iGo2 POC but we do not carry it. The item number is 125CH-613
Q. Can this be used as continuous flow?
A. I am sorry this unit does not have continuous flow option.

I have borrowed this machine several times from my local hospital, it has been a dependable machine, it is larger than the inogen type portable machine but offers high flow continuous flow oxygen and even higher flow Conserving Flow! I highly recommend this if you have High Flow Oxygen needs.

Doctor told me that it would be a good idea to use a Oxygen Concentration unit. Ive been doing my research and I feel this machine was the one best fit for me. I sometimes needed the machine to go all the way up to 6 and this machine is capable of doing so.
