For optimal performance and lifespan, the headgear should be hand-washed weekly with mild soap and warm water, just like all other F&P Solo mask parts. Avoid soaking for more than 10 minutes and refrain from stretching the headgear while wet.
We recommend replacing your F&P Solo CPAP Mask Headgear every 6 months for best fit and performance. The exact replacement frequency will depend on how often you use your mask.
