User-friendly and reliable, the ResMed AirSense 10 Auto CPAP Machine delivers comfort and therapy success by providing pressurized air for effective CPAP therapy, a cornerstone of modern CPAP equipment. Rated at just 26 decibels, this sleek auto CPAP is no louder than a whisper.

It comes with a built-in heated humidifier, advanced event detection, on-screen sleep report, tubing (standard SlimLine or heated ClimateLineAir), and various comfort features, such as:

When used together, the humidifier and heated tube prevent excess condensation in the CPAP hose and mask. In "Climate Control Auto," the machine adjusts the humidifier output to maintain a comfortable 85% relative humidity, regulates air temperature, and keeps the tube temperature at 80°F.

As long as you have cellular service, the AirSense 10 can upload your sleep data to the cloud and download any device settings changes made by your doctor.

You can also download your sleep data via an SD card (sold separately) using third-party software or the ResMed myAir app (available on iOS and Android). These options help you personalize care for more comfortable therapy.

Does the AirSense 10 AutoSet adjust pressure automatically?

Yes, the AirSense 10 AutoSet is an auto CPAP machine, meaning it automatically adjusts pressure within the prescribed pressure range. The AirSense 10 AutoSet also has a standard CPAP mode.
What is the EPR (Expiratory Pressure Relief) feature?

EPR is a comfort feature that reduces the amount of pressure you need to exhale against when breathing out. It makes CPAP therapy more comfortable and can help first-time CPAP users adjust quicker to sleep apnea therapy.
How can I adjust pressure on the AirSense 10? 

Pressure settings can only be adjusted via the Clinical Menu. Always consult your healthcare provider prior to making adjustments as changes to your settings can affect treatment effectiveness.
How do I clean my AirSense 10 AutoSet?

Daily: water tub

  1. Empty the water tub and wipe down the inside with a clean cloth.
  2. Let dry away from direct sunlight. 

Weekly: air tubing, water tub

  1. Wash tubing and water tub with warm, soapy water. Use a mild detergent and do not let parts soak for more than 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct sunlight.
How often should I replace my AirSense 10 supplies?

The AirSense 10 tubing (heated and non heated) and Air10 HumidAir water tub should be replaced every 6 months.

The Air10 filter (standard and hypoallergenic) should be replaced every 6 months or earlier if you have pets.
Does the AirSense 10 ClimateLineAir heated tube work with any ResMed machine?

The AirSense 10 ClimateLineAir Heated Tube is only compatible with ResMed AirSense 10/AirCurve 10 models. It is not compatible with ResMed AirSense 11 or S9 models.
Can I use my AirSense 10 AutoSet on a plane?

The AirSense 10 is FAA-approved for in-flight use. We recommend packing it as a carry-on and bringing a copy of the FAA compliance letter.

Please note that airline policies regarding in-flight CPAP use can vary. Always familiarize yourself with your airline’s on-board CPAP use policy prior to traveling.
Can I track my sleep therapy data with the AirSense 10 AutoSet?

Yes, you can track your sleep data via the myAir app, by SD card download or by viewing it directly on the machine.

To view your sleep data on the machine, select the “Sleep Report” menu on the home screen. If you wish to see your AHI within the Sleep Report menu, you will need to enable “Essentials Plus'' on the machine.

An Outstanding Workhorse

I got this CPAP several years ago and it has been working flawlessly. Of all the machines I've had over the last 15 years it is undoubtedly the best. While the AirSense 11 is out, and I'm curious about it, I don't feel compelled to "upgrade."
