I got these so I can change out filters once a week, they fit perfect. The think is they really trap a lot and some times change them more often.

Excellent replacement filters. They are a bit thicker than the standards and seem to do a better job of filtering the air.

It may be unfair to rate this CPAP four stars out of five based on its few flaws, yet the flaws must be mentioned. On the up side, it is amazingly quiet and it follows my breath so well that there is no sense of any back pressure to breath against. It even politely dims its lights shortly after the blower starts! And, RespShop is a great vendor.

Its flaws: The display is hard to read. The colors may be pretty, but the contrast is low. A display should be easily legible when dimmed and read in the dark, but this one is not. The controls are noisy, with a "thunk" at every press. It ought to be possible to work the controls silently, so as not to disturb a bed partner. The 24-Volt power supply with a single plug is a royally stupid idea. My old CPAP had a 12-Volt power supply, with separate wires powering the blower and the humidifier. The problem is that, when traveling and powering the CPAP from a battery, one needs to lug that twice-as-big, twice-as-heavy power supply. Having the convenience of a single plug when one is at home using wall outlets is a lousy trade-off.

Anyone with allergies should consider these genuine ResMed hypoallergenic filters for their CPAP or BiPAP. They're easy to install, and when you change filters after a couple months, it's easy to see just what the old filter managed to catch before it got into your machine, tube, mask, and respiratory system. For me, it's a must have bit of extra protection. Highly recommended.

You don’t have to choice you must use them. The price is way too high for a little small filter and I know it’s the makers fault

It is easy to replace and compatible with my airsense 10 machines. I feel good knowing that it can provide better protection by capturing more fine particles like dust, pollen, and pet dander compared to standard filters.

These filters came exactly as described, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Resmed filters. Had previously ordered OEM "Resmed Hypoallergenic filters" from another internet CPAP supplier based on their description as original manufacturer product, including OEM part #, only to receive the common knockoff brand, so I returned them and tried again at RespShop. They shipped the OEM filters quickly and were competitively priced. Happy to order again from RepShop.

A lot of other places were selling filters not made by resmed. These are directly from resmed so I feel more comfortable using these. good filters unlike the standard ones you can literally see through. Honestly these should be the standard filters everyone should get.

Though this type of filter is pricey, it is the best kind of filter for your machine and more importantly .... YOU!

Very good and extremely necessary to keep your machine in good shape. Very expensive though

These filter out the fine dust here that some others let through, will be on my list of must haves!
