Q. How long do the extended battery last at 2 setting. What is the rental cost of machine and extended battery. I need it by October 13.
A. The extended battery will last about 9 hours with a setting of 2. The cost to rent the SimplyGo Mini is $319 per month. We charge a sanitization fee of $129. There is a refundable deposit required of $1,299 for this unit. We do not rent the batteries at this time. In order to rent this unit, we do need a prescription stating pulse dosing. Q. What is the difference between pulse flow and continuous flow?
A. The pulse flow will deliver oxygen when you take a breath in while the continuous flow will deliver oxygen throughout your breathing cycle.
Q. What is the cost for an additional battery?
A. For the standard battery is it 250$ and the extended battery it is 399$.

Q. Can you rent more batteries?
A. Sorry no, we do not offer rentals on batteries you will have to purchase them separately.
Q. Can you expedite shipping to get it here on 22 Feb?
A. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to do such a short time frame. We're currently only offering 2 day shipping, and the earliest we can ship out is Tuesday due to the long weekend.
Q. How soon can I expect delivery? I do not have access to the script until Monday.

I was desperate to get a rental of oxygen portable while mine was being repaired. Fortunately, I found Respshop online. I ordered the machine and they were very prompt in sending me just what I needed. The equipment was very clean, and ready to be used.
I only had a couple of texts with their staff but they seemed very friendly and knowledgeable.
