The ResMed AirTouch F30i is a full face mask specifically designed for comfort in any position. Its top-of-the-head tube connection lets you comfortably sleep on your stomach (and change positions) without the tube getting in the way. Plus, it has a fabric-wrapped frame: Soft, breathable, and moisture-wicking for all-night comfort.

How do I clean my AirTouch F30i Full Face Mask?

Weekly cleaning: headgear, frame, elbow

Daily cleaning: cushion

Disassemble the mask.
Soak the mask parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking for more than 10 minutes.
Use a soft bristle brush to gently clean the holes in the cushion and elbow.
Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water, squeezing out excess water from the headgear.
Lay parts out to air dry away from direct sunlight.

How often should I replace my AirTouch F30i mask?

To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.

The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

My AirTouch F30i Full Face Mask is leaking. What should I do?

Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably under your nose and around your mouth.
Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
Ensure you're wearing your AirFit F30i mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
Adjust your headgear as necessary.
Try a larger or smaller cushion or frame size.
Replace any worn out mask parts.

As a first-time user, after some adjustments, it is comfortable and doesn't leak. Most nights, I sleep with it on for 6-7 hours and have fewer events per hour.

I must say this Comfort headgear is very comfortable. I have the AirTouch N30i and the F30i Comfort really puts the “C” in comfort. Its so comfortable I barely feel it and don’t hear any air going down the sides. The only real issue is the mouth/nose cushion. It took me three nights to get it right so the leaks are below 15L/M. Resmed finally widened the mouth area so no more leaks at the corners of my mouth. The under nose part needs adjustment throughout the night because that’s where the air leaks are. Sometimes it also feels like the fabric under your nose blocks your exhaling but if you relax it can adjusted. So far for me this mask and the F&P Evora are the only full face masks I can use.

I am a mouth breather so I have been on the hunt for the best full face mask. The AirTouch F30i comfort has been the best by far from the masks I've tried. The top mount is a game changer for me as well as I would constantly get disturbed in my sleep by the hose getting caught on my arm or duvet. Super comfortable, great fit and quiet.

High hopes were dashed

I was so excited to get this because it had a built in liner. I've found that cpap liners make a huge difference. I love that this covers less of my face and has the top hose. Sadly, it didn't work out. It was louder than my usual mask and leaked more air.

I move around a lot in my sleep - mainly side sleeper. I love the hose at the top. I wish more masks did this but I took my Fisher and Pascal mask and flipped the hose to help. I'll stick with that one.

Upgrade over the original F30i Mask

The F30i AirTouch offers improved comfort. Because of the quiet filter I can bury my face in a pillow or comforter without creating an annoying hissing sound . The material touching my face is able to breath better which reduces redness on the face in the outline of the cushion. No complaints so far!
