When the front of the mask is buried in a pillow, exhaled air flows out of the vent ports on the elbow connector. Combined with the tube-up design, the P30i lets you sleep in any sleeping position, whether on your back or stomach.
The 360° rotating elbow keeps the CPAP hose out of the way and the mask in place as you toss and turn. Quick-release side buttons let you get up without removing the entire mask.
Featuring a SpringFit Frame (hollow frame) with ribbed, accordion-style design, headgear straps with soft wraps, and multiple sizing options, the AirFit P30i provides an accurate and comfortable fit. The dual-wall nasal pillows insert gently into your nostrils for optimal comfort.

My AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Mask is leaking. What should I do?
- Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the tips of the nasal pillows to inflate and settle comfortably inside your nose.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your AirFit P30i mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.

How often should I replace my AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

My P30i mask is AMAZING!!! It's incredibly comfortable, allows me to sleep in almost any position and, unlike my previous mask with the tube in the front (which tended to disturb my sleep when I moved), the P30i let's me move with much more freedom. Highly recommend for folks using nasal pillows.

I am a very new CPAP user and yet I'm a convert already! My doctor had supplied me and I had been using the P10 nasal pillow mask with the tubing which came off the front of the mask like an elephant trunk. Try as I may, using a stand and/or clip for the tubing, I consistently became tangled in it, couldn't sleep. I decided to purcase the P30i frame, headgear and mask from RespShop and its a whole different world. Not only no tangles in the tubing, but as a side sleeper, the mask does not get displaced and leak air into my eyes. And that's why I'm a convert!

Great fit, not enough air flow to reolace thr mirage liberty mouth and nasal pillows that has become obsolete...but had been used by me for 18 years. ResMed needs to have a replacement model in place for the mirage liberty and suppliers need to suggest substitutes to obsolete products. O know plant, seed and nowling ball companies do make substitution suggestions.

I’m one night into using the P30i and I really like it. Material auality is great- what you expect from ResMed. It’s really comfortable, it’s very minimal and I feel like I got a better nights sleep than I was getting with my x30i. I do sleep with my mouth open sometimes but I used this mask and some mouth tape and was really surprised at how comfortable I was. Again, the minimalist design is such a win. I love that it connects at the top of the head, it helps my eyes from drying out in the night because the blowback isn’t in front of my face and I’m also able to move around and not get tangled.
Also, shout out to RespShop for having a chat option. I was on the fence about what size to get and talked it over with one of their reps and was able to make a decision that ended up working out. I really enjoy this mask and feel confident in RespShop as well!

I’m new to using a CPAP machine (21 days so far) and have already tried three different masks. I first started with the F&P Vitera Full Face Mask - but it was just too uncomfortable across the bridge of my nose. Next up was the ResMed AirFit N30i mask. It was better with the SW size pillow. I thought maybe the ResMed AirFit P30i would be a better fit for me and I was right. I like the way it sits just inside my nose with the Medium size. I think I have found the winner for me.

I wish this would have worked better for me but I am more of a mouth breather than I thought. Very very comfortable than the full face I am using now.
