How do I clean the DreamWear Silicone Nasal Pillow Mask?
Weekly cleaning: headgear, fabric sleeves (if using)

- Rinse each part thoroughly under running water, squeezing out excess water from the headgear and frame sleeves.

How often should I replace my DreamWear Silicone Nasal Pillow Mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.
I have a DreamWear Gel Nasal Pillow Mask. Can I use the DreamWear silicone nasal pillows with it?
Yes, the DreamWear silicone nasal pillow cushion is interchangeable with the gel nasal pillow cushion. Both types of DreamWear nasal pillow masks use the same frame.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this mask… I’ve tried so many others that I’ve had a hard time tolerating. My Air score is rarely under 100% anymore. Honestly this mask is pretty comfortable. I like how the hose is attached to the top of your head. If you are a side/ back sleeper it’s perfect. No more getting tangled in the hose. I do use mouth tape. So if you are struggling with your mask, give this one a try.

The pillows are the most comfortable. I have tired the nasal mask and other kind nasal fit and none of them worked for me because I am a light sleeper but this only type that I can sleep with.

The silicone pillow is more comfortable for ME than a cone mask. My wife had problems with the pillow not sealing because of the shape of her nostrils. I did notice if the frame is drawn too tight down on the top of your head, it tends to collapse enough to reduce airflow significantly, . But overall very satisfied, even being a side sleeper.

Pillow component is nice soft silicnoe and doesn't irritate my nose at all. It's easy to put on and adjust the mask. Only downside is needing to avoid mouth leaks which is a problem with all nasal masks. I do also think this headgear is extremely comfortable

The masks that have the nasal inserts were what was initially suggested to try when I first started using a CPAP 5 years ago and I would get sore, actually raw from it around my nose, so a nasal pillow was recommended and I used them successfully for a few years (the type where you’re like an elephant ;-), where the hose is coming directly from the nose area). I then tried this mask and like it even better as it’s much lighter on my face and the hose comes from the top of my head and rotates. The only drawback is definitely waking up to bed head hair but I think that is with most masks and I find the part you replace every two weeks (the little silicone nose piece) seems to start losing its sealing ability shortly before the two weeks is up. Thus the 4 stars (though it might be because I tend to clean nightly along with a deep soaking weekly clean where I add vinegar the soapy water). It’s been the best mask so far with the trial and error of trying so many masks.

In my opinion this is the easiest mask to get use to, it leaves your face open if you wear glasses for reading when you go to bed. I’ve used several over the years and this is the best.

This was the second mask I tried, the first was ResMed Air Touch N30i, which I was happy with and I thought a tough act to follow. But I read recommendations that I should try many masks to pick the one best suited for ongoing use. I thought the ResMed was great and was surprised this DreamWear Nasal Mask is just as great in efficacy and - to my surprise - in comfort as well. I use pulse oximetry and the RM11 data card to load data from both into OSCAR daily. This DreamWear mask performs as good as any nasal mask I've tried, including almost all in the ResMed line and some in F&P, which all were provided by my DMES via insurance. Hence, I rotate masks;. If forced to pick only one, this DreamWare Nasal would be hard to give up. In fact, I paid cash here to pick up a spare in addition to the one paid for by insurance and rotate while one is drying from a through cleaning.

I've tried a few different nasal pillow type masks before making the change to Philips DreamWear nasal pillow mask. My first Dreamwear purchase I tried the Nasal Cushion that just sits below the nasal openings and gently streams air into nose, it was comfortable but tend to slip if to much movement. Then I bought Nasal Pillow style that fit slightly & softly just into the edge of nasal openings and it stays in place even when rolling. This DreamWear Headgear has plenty of adjustment to stay in place without leaving mask lines on your face. The open face style allows the ability to put glasses on if necessary. This last purchase I got a BOGO Deal so I can leave one in my RV.

I bought the Fitpack. I've been using CPAP for a week and a half. I have been using the Philips Dreamwear Full Face Mask. Though I like the full face mask, it's been inconsistent with pressure, leaks, RERA, and AHI. I would purchase the full face mask again though, especially since I'm new to CPAP.
I've only used the nasal pillows for a night, but I had no leaks, my pressure remained low and stable and did not vary more than 1.5 cmH2O, this is the least RERA I've had since starting CPAP. I had no other events throughout the night. My AHI was low. I'm glad I made this purchase.
