The Replacement Nasal Pillow Cushion for the ResMed AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask is gentle in the nose, and incredibly flexible, providing the maximal amount of comfort while maintaining a proper seal. The nasal pillow cushion is hypoallergenic and latex-free.
Note: The AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Cushion is also compatible with the AirFit N30i Nasal Mask. Simply switch out the N30i nasal cushion with the P30i nasal cushion to easily convert your nasal mask to a nasal pillow mask.

The pillows are more comfortable than the original cradle. I felt like the cradle always moved around and the pillows just slip into your nostrils.

I really wanted to like this mask cushion, but it is much too flimsy. The mask would not stay in place, causing air flow loss through the night, and the exhaust filter would fall off. I am staying with my nasal pillow.

I had 3 nasal pillows shipped that didn’t have inserts and 3 that did, I’m loving the ones with the inserts right now. I feel I can breathe and there is no leaking and no irritation. Have I found my perfect mask?! I was a Dreamwear over the nose ( left red marks, took a while to get mask on and situated) and Nasal prong (irritated my nose, felt like stinging or burning; could only weir it for short periods; never got a good seal ) user prior to Resmed. I’m glad I found these and switched. This is way quieter and I can cuddle and not have to put my head back so the air didn’t bother the other person! This cushion is far less bulky than the Philips and so easy to seat on my nose! The Philips nasal prong mask shot so much air straight out, this one does not. I love it, it didn’t sting my nose and it didn’t make loud noises from the air shooting out onto a pillow when laying on my side. Best mask that I’ve tried so far! Didn’t think this would work well because the Philips didn’t work well, I have a small and flatter nose, it is fantastic!! So quiet!

I use this cushion on my n30i mask. I find it is more flexible. As a side sleeper I can turn my face into my pillow without breaking the seal.

I want need piece if there is such that just covers nose and mouth, but harness doesn't go over your head
Hi Marv! Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, there isn't a CPAP mask that seals over the nose and/or mouth without any headgear. The headgear is necessary to keep the mask securely in place and maintain a proper seal while you sleep.

How do i determine what size nasal cushions to purchase to try on my n30i nasal cradle mask standard frame

The P30i pillow cushions and N30i nasal cradle cushions use the same frame, but the sizing is different between the two styles. Unfortunately, there isn't a direct size conversion from an N30i cradle cushion to a P30i pillow cushion.
If you're trying the P30i for the first time, we would generally recommend starting with the Medium pillow size, as it is the most commonly used size and fits many users well.

Is this compatible with the air curve 10?
Hi Joey! Yes, the AirFit P30i Pillow Cushion is compatible with the AirCurve 10 machine. CPAP masks and cushions are generally universal with CPAP and BiPAP machines, including the AirCurve 10, as long as you are using standard CPAP tubing. Sleep well 😴

Do you have to have a prescription?
Hi Herman! If you’re buying just the ResMed AirFit P30i pillow cushion as a replacement part, you usually do not need a prescription. Replacement cushions are considered accessories and are commonly sold without an Rx in the US.

I currently use the AirTouch N30i small-wide size cushion on a small frame. I would like to try the P30i cushion. Is there a comparable size?
You may wish to try the medium nasal pillow.

I used the pillow cushion for the first time and woke up with my nose dry and sore. Is there something I can rub on the pillows to ensure I don't continue to wake up with this issue?
This is common when first adjusting to a pillows mask! I would recommend some vaseline or a barrier cream, this should help with the irritation. You can also adjust your humidity up if you are finding the inside of your nose is dry.
