Replacement AirFit N30i Nasal Cushion by ResMed
The Replacement AirFit N30i Nasal Cushion features ResMed's QuietAir™ Vent technology for a less disruptive and quieter night’s sleep.
ResMed updated the AirFit N30i nasal cushion in 2021 by removing the plastic front panel and replacing it with a soft and flexible silicone frame.
The original vent holes on the front of the cushion were replaced with a QuietAir vent which reduces exhalation noise to whisper-quiet levels (21 dBA).
Note: The AirFit N30i Nasal Cushion is also compatible with the AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Mask.Simply switch out the P30i nasal pillow cushion with the N30i nasal cushion to convert your nasal pillow mask to a nasal mask.
Customers praised the cushion as 'super comfortable' and ideal for side/stomach sleepers. Many noted it provides better fit and airflow than previous models. However, a redesigned version with a QuietAir vent received criticism for restricted airflow, increased leaks, and parts that pop out. Some customers preferred the original design.

The Resmed AirFit N30i is the best mask I had ever used. I previously used the N20 and the P30i, but this is my preferred mask. Now, with the same headgear I can switch between the N30i and the P30i, which is also very useful.

Was looking everywhere at my local stores for this mask and they were on backorder. So I was more than happy to find that I could buy it on here. So much better than the other ones I’ve had. I’ve only been doing this for about eight months and always seem to have a little bit of air leakage around my face and everything but this one’s just doing awesome.

Fits perfetly just like my previous one. I needed to replace it since my previous one my cat had attacked it and it wouldnt work right. So I had to replace it with one just a little bit bigger. Now that i have this new one, it fits me perfectly now.

Have tried so many different masks in the last 9 months and this is by far the one that works the best for me. I prefer to have the hose connection on the top of my head as oposed to in the front of my face. I do have to wear a chin strap but I have no issues with that

This is the best mask I have had however, I hate the headgear. It doesn’t fit my flat head in the back and always slides up so in the night I have to adjust it all the time.
In the instructions, it says that to put the bottom strap under the rounded part of your head, but I don’t have that part I wish the strap was angled better

Poor quality change. New added vent in device obstructs air flow. Is prone to collect “snot” from nose. Cannot be cleaned and dried. Is very small and difficult to handle when removed. More small white parts for age 79 plus. “Vent” added in small cushion causes smothering air obstruction. The past old version was best. New is An added risk for infection due to mesh-like material holding fluids and airway debris. Does not do any helpful function to improve therapy or comfort for user.

Is it possible to order only the filter piece that fits in #63813 in a pack of 3? It is hard to clean the filters, but my cushion is still in good shape. I would prefer the old style in which the filter was a hard plastic and didn't pop out, but from other responses I gather that was discontinued. It seems to me the more material(in the filter) the more chance for bacteria to form.

Please bring back the former version of this cushion!! The new version has too many leaks and dries my eyes out. After a year of trying to to fund the perfect CPAP mask it's disconnected! This is a matter of quality of life!

In the past I have used the N30i with the original vent and a great night of sleep resulted. The "new" updated vent is terrible. I feel like I am suffocating. My sleep score has dropped into the low 80's from the very high 90's! Mask seal has dropped from 19/20 to 3 or 4/20. Do not understand why the vent was changed and hope they will go back to it or at least one that has a better air flow.

The cold air was blowing on my wife's back and causing my wife lung problems with the Old nasal cushion now with the new quiet technology the cold air does not come out directly and Now my wife can wake up with no back pain. God bless whom invented this upgrade!

Bad Bad Bad - I used the N30i cushion for years. The new model leaks, moves around on my head, and restricts flow. You will lose many customers because of this.

New cushion with quieter tech had a little piece. That pops out. If you don't know what it is, in the trash is it goes. Found out the hard way.

Went from less than 20 L/min. to an avg. over 40. This new design is unsatisfactory and cannot believe it passed the approval process at ResMed.

I was surprised to see so many poor reviews of this product as I have experienced a wonderful change of experience from my prior nasal pillow set up. The nasal pillow gear irritated my nostrils no end and continually came unsealed during the night. I started to avoid cpap altogether until I researched this product and procured from my local resp company. It works perfectly with my ResMed AirSense cpap machine and I now use my cpap every night. I love this product.
