Exactly what I needed

The gel/silicone material from the headgear and mask irritates my skin/leaves red marks, and these work perfectly. Sometimes the velcro does rotate on the arm and will get scratchy. I just need to reset it so the soft part is on my skin instead.,

A must for me.

Overall, I am happy with the these. They make the mask more comfortable and seem to help it stay positioned correctly for me. I can get about 6 months use before they start to get to stretched out and/or pills on the fabric. Due to the Velcro closure, I wash them in a small laundry bag to help protect other items being washed with them and a Respironics fabric hose cover, that also has a Velcro,

Glad to have them

So long as you put the rough Velcro wrap direction side towards your ears, they are comfortable. For my face at least if you wrap the frame with the rough Velcro side toward you nose it can feel scratchy on my cheeks. They do make the frame more comfortable and are easy on/off.

I have several extra pairs of wraps so I can wash them after one night's use. I have oily skin and even after washing I find that it is best to change every day. This is much easier on my skin than the silicone alone.
