The Simplus Full Face CPAP Mask is a very comfortable mask. The cushion is a soft, smooth silicone with a welcoming feel when put on your face. The RollFit design of the cushion will not allow you to over-tighten the headgear, which prevents the mask from putting too much pressure on the bridge of the nose.
The ergoform headgear is soft for comfort but durable for long-term use and cleaning. The height adjustment on top of the head allows for the cushion to be pulled up or down as required for the perfect position.
The Simplus is also a very quiet full-face mask that gives the sound-sensitive user or bed partner a good night’s sleep. The advanced air diffuser system disperses exhaled air gently and quietly, making it ideal for light sleepers. The ball-and-socket style elbow keeps the hose from tugging down on the mask, preventing possible leaks and allowing for maximum head movement without compromising the mask seal.

How do I clean my Simplus Full Face Mask?
Weekly cleaning: headgear
Daily cleaning: cushion, frame, elbow, swivel
- Disassemble the mask.
- Soak all parts in warm water with mild soap for up to ten minutes.
- Rinse each part thoroughly under running water, squeezing out excess water from the headgear.
- Air dry all parts away from direct sunlight. Lay the headgear flat to dry, or you can hang to dry.
Is the F&P Simplus Full Face Mask a good choice for users with facial hair?
The Simplus generally seals well with facial hair, although this depends on the style. To improve the seal between the cushion and skin, we suggest using a CPAP mask liner and/or keeping facial hair trimmed.
How often should I replace my Simplus Full Face Mask?
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.
The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.
My F&P Simplus mask is leaking. What should I do?
- Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion to inflate and settle comfortably around your nose and mouth.
- Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
- Ensure you're wearing your F&P Simplus according to the fitting instructions in the user guide or refer to the F&P myMask app. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
- Adjust your headgear as necessary.
- Try a larger or smaller cushion or headgear size.
- Replace any worn out mask parts.
