i need a adapter. i bought two mask which do not fit the hose i have.

Can you please check if you left a part of the old mask on the tubing? As this is the case mostly. Stick your finger in tube and pull out the hard plastic part it can be clear or white and sometimes it needs wiggling or turned to loosen it. Soapy water can also help.
