Breas | Z2 Travel Auto CPAP Machine

Don’t tell anyone, but I have been using this travel machine every night for the last couple of years. Once I learned to adjust the settings from a YouTube video, it has been offering consistently good sleep. Some might have an issue with their moisture solution.

Small and portable, ideal for traveling as well as home use. Quite quiet with 3 step pressure setting and ramp up time. Very satisfied with Breas Z2 !

TSA had lost my airsense 11, and since I had really thought i needed a travel machine, I got the breas. Saved the day!! I even used it in the hospital. Pretty quiet with the muffler accessory too!! I really want to get the battery pack!!

super compact and pretty quiet. Easy to adjust the settings and option travel battery is a nice feature. I used a Phillips Dream Station Go before they were recalled and this is the best replacement for that machine I have found

I have had the Z2 for a couple of years and use it religiously on off road adventures and bicycle touring. I keep it in a case and it has lasted really well, despite some rough treatment. It is super quiet and noise has never been an issue. I would purchase it again.

Last night, I ordered a Breas Z2 Auto Travel CPAP machine. This review is for my shopping experience with RESPSHOP. The site was easy to use, items were in stock, and I received a nice discount based on the current offer at the time. The respiratory tech who responded to my question via the chat feature was responsive and helpful. I submitted my current prescription in response to an email from RESPSHOP. I quickly received an email indicating acceptance of my prescription and to advise me my items were being readied for shipment. Thus far, I am happy with this transaction.

I'm an over 20 years PAP user and have been through quite a few machines. I like the Z2; quiet with a small footprint. However if you need to supply an insurance company or doctor with sleep data forget it. The Nitelog app is pretty useless; there are many dismal reviews of this software. It won't download to my Samsung, Android 16. I did get it to work on an older iPad OS 16.3.1. However it only saw a few days and then reports other days as having zero info. I did try the USB connection to a Win 11 machine running HDM DataViewer and same result; that sw also only reports a few days of use. So bumper sticker version -- good machine (with many travel and battery threads) and lousy unsupported software with no way to view your sleep data.

I was in a pinch and needed an affordable portable CPAP when my insurance, as insurance does, screwed me. Resp Shop came through with a great selection and great price. This machine is effective and not loud at all.

This compact machine is a game-changer! Easy to set up and use, quiet when in use and so small I can tuck it into my carry-on when traveling! It’s made travel so much easier!

Nice machine. Wish it was 12v compatible and the humidification doesn’t work well with a nasal mask because it’s too far away to recapture exhaled moisture. But otherwise a great machine for travel purposes. Small and light

So happy with my purchase. Super light, doesn't take up too much room in your bag. Super easy to use.

The unit was easy to set up and use. It is as quiet as my full-size Philips CPAP(no longer made). I wish it could have humidity.

I've been using a Breas Z2 Travel Auto CPAP (first rented then purchased from RespShop) duing the course of several trips over the past year and have been very pleased with its performance. It has worked flawlessly, including the auto on/off and I'm pleased to report that it turns out to be much quieter than I had expected. The unit itself is very small and that compactnesss is supplemented by the small diameter hose that comes with it. Another great feature is that I can use my regular standard mask without an adapter, unlike some competing units. Highly recommended!

I purchased the Breas Z2 Travel CPAP machine to use on vacations. It is quiet and easy to use. Lightweight to carry. Best feature is I can use my regular mask and don't need to buy a different mask than what I'm used to. Works great for my trips.

This travel CPAP is compact and delivers consistent pressure when and where you need it. Has multiple settings to adjust flow to meet the needs of any patient, including pressure, ramp settings, auto on and off. Convenient and easy to use.

This travel machine was a lifesaver. Airlines lost my cpap machine. Id always wanted a travel unit. Decided on the Breas, and happy i did. It's gong on a month navigating the lost and Found process. I needed it right away. I'm still using it while the whole replacement thing plays out!!

It's great works better than the old one I had

I was very excited to finally purchase a travel CPAP machine. Unfortunately, upon unboxing and attempting to use it, I experienced significant issues with pressure regulation. The device failed to adjust properly and emitted a persistent whistling sound around the mask, making it impossible to achieve consistent airflow or comfortable use.

Resp Shop was incredibly wonderful to work with. They are clear and upfront on their pricing. Shipping was easy and the return label was so convenient.
This 2 star review was no reflecting on them, but on the Breas Z2 Travel Auto CPAP I rented. I’ve been on CPAP therapy for over 15 years in this machine was terrible.
Even with the muffler, there was a constant whine breathing in and breathing out. The noise kept me up and even my partner mentioned the noise it made.
Use Resp Shop… just get a different CPAP machine.

This is the 2nd travel CPAP that I have owned. I had A Z1 previously.. I love the portability and size. I don't have to carry a "diaper bag" sized bag. I don't have to worry about distilled water. I sleep just as well away from home. I've shown it to fellow travelers and they are amazed by how small it is.

I carried this Breas Z2 in my backpack while walking the Camino de Santiago through Portugal and Spain. It’s the perfect size and weight for traveling. It worked flawlessly every night. I would not have been able to complete this trip without it. Anytime I travel, the Breas Z2 goes with me.

Work great on my cruise, very small, noise is minimal and I though not having a humidifier would be a problem, but the moisture exchanger worked great. No problems with TSA.

It is soooo loud. Not at the machine itself, but the fan sound travels through the tubing to the mask, so it right by your face. The noise is both loud and modulates as you breath, making it difficult for sensitive sleepers to ignore. I would NOT recommend this machine for anyone who is a light sleeper or has trouble falling asleep because of noise. The muffler helps only marginally. Even a v-com barely does anything.
