I am so grateful that RespShop sells replacement parts for machines like my hardy little Breas Z2 travel CPAP. The device is a toughie, but I give the hose a real workout on outdoor trips -- in and out of a tight bag, sunlight,sand, etc. It is fantastic to have new components for a machine that the manufacturer no longer makes or supports.

I have used this machine for over 5 years. It is a great little CPAP / APAP. It travels well and is relatively small and lightweight. The machine itself is great. Don’t waste time on the battery backup unit. It won’t charge while you are using the machine and it just complicates your travels.

Pretty good tube. Very mean material. turns dark after some month of use.
I would prefer the Philips Respironics slim tubing but I am not sure that it is compatible with the HDM z1
Regarding the tube lengh, I would consider the short one. From my experience the length influence in the humidity level and comfort during the use.
