Connecting the Q-Lite In-Line Muffler

  1. Connect the 8" Flex Hose to your machine's air outlet, the AirMini Connector Adapter (if using) or a heat moisture exchanger (if using). 
  2. Connect the Q-Lite Muffler to the other end of the Flex Hose
  3. Connect one end of your CPAP tube to the Q-Lite Muffler and the other end to your CPAP mask.

*The Breas Q-Lite In-Line Muffler is not compatible with heated tubing.

I purchased the Breas in-line muffler for my AirMini.
From the first night my sleep improved dramatically. Gone is the darth vader type breathing sound that used to reverberate up the tubing, disturbing my sleep.

The Breas muffler does not muffle the sound of the ResMed Airmini. The Q-lite broke when pulled off tube. Would not recommend.

Travel CPAP improved.

This muffler works! Paired with the Breas Heat Moisture Exchange accessory instead of the HumidX HME, the muffler greatly absorbes the mechanical airflow sound. Would recommend giving it a try.

CPAP in-line Muffler

The mini has been and continues to be a great, lightweight travel CPAP. The only issue for me from day 1 was that the mini was louder during operations as compared to my full size CPAP. The inline muffler was purchased to address this issue and has proven to have improved the device and is now more comfortable for me to utilize comfortably when traveling.

A great great addition

I purchased this for my airmini, which I bring on motorcycle, out of town trips. Frequently sounding like an incoming wind when using, this muffler assembly was great! Low noise, no blocking of air it’s now almost as quiet as my air 10.
